Hi,
I'm Gene Kim (pastor at San Jose Bible Baptist Church - UC Berkeley and PBI). In this video which is part of the Christian Arguments series • Who Is The Generation ... , I explain that "this generation" does not just refer to the nation of Israel during 1st century. I also explained that there are scholars who will say "No, it's not possible to take the KJV literally" - they are Greek/Hebrew scholars. There are also those who are preterists, who say that what is written in the book of Revelation has already happened and they will not take place in the future.

Gog and Magog very recently put military bases in Syria. It is THIS generation that will see the end. Psalm 90:10 Israel is 71 years old. I'm a firm believer that Elijah and Moses will be here soon.

I've been binging on your videos all day Dr Kim,,,I like how you break it down from the Bible about the scriptures,,,,there was alot that I couldn't undetstand,,,but since listening how you talk and write the facts down on the board make good sense,,,,very honest and to the point,,,thank you for translating the scriptures for us to see what's to come when our Father comes to take us....very soon....

Dr. Kim, thank you for allowing the Holy Spirit to fill you with the doctrine of truth. The concepts of deductive logic and critical thinking with the word of God, have never been more important to the Christian, in these latter times. You have taught me the importance of rightly dividing and keeping to the KJV. Your many videos have helped grow as a christian more than words can say. God bless you.

1947- Fig trees branch became tender and it put forth leaves. A generation is 70 years or if by reason of strength 80. 1947 + 80 = 2027. Subtract 7 years of Tribulation = 2020. Not the day or the hour, but the Lord told the religious leaders of His age that if they had examined the scriptures they would have known when to look for His first coming. Even so, come NOW LORD JESUS!

I haven't heard anyone mention the fact that it will be the 2000th anniversary of the cross/resurrection in 13 years. I don't know for sure, but didn't Daniel's 69th week end at the cross. Now, would the 70th week begin at that time? Exactly 2000 years later? The 'Millennium' is exactly 1000 years. I'm not date setting, but the Bible does like to have things happened on anniversaries of significant dates. Like the 'Cross' was exactly on the Passover, and Noah's ark coming to rest on that same anniversary. The Great Tribulation will end on His return. Doesn't that kick off the 70th week? The Bible say we can't know the Day or Hour, but not the week, month, or year, right? So, 2033... count backwards 7 years to 2026. Is it possible the GreatTrib could start then? (I know it's possible) I'm just asking questions, I want Jesus to return today, but until then I'm looking up.

Amen and amen, i got it .i have three KJV English and one Vietnameese KJV ,also i have Holy Bible Ruckman Reference Bible KJV. Lately i read Vietnameese bible first , than i read Ruckman reference bible study it help me a lot . To understand bible better . You are always the best teaching. It's too bad because Jeff does a good job countering atheists in his debates, and also Jeff does well to protest the murder of babies ("abortion"). I have a couple of his anti-abortion videos on my channel playlists. I don't agree with everything that everyone says out there but I'll use them at their strong points if they agree with me on certain subjects. Let's pray for them, if nothing else.

This is more of an inquiry question with little bibicle basis but do you think the the New Earth will have a lower sea level with more land? And do you think that the New Antarctica will be green as scientists say it used to be? (In other words, do you think the New Earth will be pre Noah flood?)

Preterism can place a person in spiritual depression....pre-trib, mid, post, those all have different views but can still be Christ followers.....I am not convinced that preterists are saved at all, what a lack of faith they have! God is smart enough to speak to future generations with prophecy.

This generation, Jerusalem established in 1948...a strong generation can last upto 80 years. Jesus died on a Wensday so the resurrection happen on a Saturday the Sabbath. That year would fall in 0028 AD. Hoses 6:2 After 2 days he will revive us, in the 3rd day he will raise us up and we shall live in his sight. King David and Peter tell us, 1 day for God is like 1,000 years for us example; Genesis 2:17 Adam died less than 1 day living, he lived 930 years. Today, we are at the end of 6,000 year creation (6 days) and by 2028 we will be entering the Lord's Sabbath. After the resurrection, Jesus was with us for 40 days so, my guess, June 2028. Only the Father knows...let it happen soon!!! Better today than tomorrow! Amen

Brother Kim. You remind me of Paul in his letter to the Corinthians; with what you said at the 7:20-40 mark in the teaching. "But I will come to you very soon, if the Lord is willing, and then I will find out not only how these arrogant people are talking, but what power they have. For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power. What do you prefer? Shall I come to you with a rod of discipline, or shall I come in love and with a gentle spirit?" 1 Corinthians 4:19‭-‬21 Paul to Timothy. "Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, descended from David. This is my gospel, for which I am suffering even to the point of being chained like a criminal. But God’s word is not chained." 2 Timothy 2:8‭-‬9 Grace and peace be Yours through the knowledge of Him who called us!
