The cases of Alexis & Gabby Petito are shockingly one in the same. Literally to a T. They both had these picture perfect lives online & hid their scorned relationships from the world. They were both strangled to death after having altercations with the men they trusted most in their lives & who they were the closest to. Yet, both men were too cowardly to face the consequences of their actions & both ended up committing suicide prior to their arrests.

I think that’s a huge red flag and also the fact that his story doesn’t at all line up with how she was found. Naked and CLEAN? No, there’s no way your wife left the house naked and you can’t recall it. That and the fact that he never reported her missing, her friends did? Excuse me but if my partner went missing I’d call the police as soon as I was allowed to report a missing person. So many red flags on this man.

If that were my wife I would have gone in and best the hell out of Seb and so would most husbands, as big as he is and he didn't do anything ? I thought he was so jealous , violent and possessive, I guess that's only if it fits the narrative? Whats just as creepy is someone sitting in your parking lot for 3 hours doing nothing and changing stories on even that part of the story on your next interview.

Also the almost unnecessary over the top details that are so specific & symbolic like being found naked yet with no signs of struggle like that’s something I’d scoff at as poor writing on a show. And her having a really successful career with her sketchy mlm that’s had multiple law suits but she recruits for and before that working at a hooters-type restaurant that’s probably more likely to attract pervs and creeps than restaurants with standard uniforms. Meeting friends online, one who just got divorced (that such a random yet heavy and sus in this situation side detail) through bumble and then another friend who had multiple plastic surgeries to look like Meghan Markle like these people are CHARACTERS and it’s all so specific and sets up so many different players & suspects & possibilities like everyone is literally too suspicious like if it was show id be like “how the hell are the writers gonna wrap this up in 7 more episodes” and regardless how these hypothetically writers do or what these real life detectives uncover, I feel like it’s going to be like when a show has a big reveal but the fan theories were just as if not more viable and made more sense and matched more pieces together smoothly. Like they’re gonna solve the case and I’m gonna be like wait but that whole subplot about the sketchy mlm, that theory with the Meghan Markle friend and DJ guy made way more sense because the lack of social media posts yet signs of texting!! I’m gonna feel like the writers forgot details the audience still remembers but it’s real life and someone actually died and it’s so sad but also just so so like mind boggling what a case

Hey guys. So a few months ago, the beginning of October to be exact, the coroner found the cause of death to be strangulation. And that DNA was found that belonged to Tom Sharkey. Because he had been evasive and inconsistent throughout the investigation and other evidence pointed towards him there was enough to charge Tom with the murder of Alexis. However, when police went to arrest him they found him dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. So yeah. (Also personal opinion about Tanya, I kinda feel like she and other friends might have used this as a fame/attention grab; whether it was intentional or not. That being said, Alexis never got the justice she deserves and it's just so heartbreaking.)

strangulation is one of the most popular methods in emotional crimes. Other red flags: - denies fight with her on the night of death - hints at DUI of Alexis to imply self-inflicted death - paints her as troubled/"sad" (which insinuates s*icide) - doesn't care about/ lays off body being brought home - plays victim online (solely concerned about his innocence)

Yeah, the friendships seemed very shallow. I don’t know if I’d say that they were involved, but it is very clear that they really weren’t close friends. MLM schemes are all about fake friendships and projecting a happy facade in order to sell the life to someone else. Double that with the life of an influencer that calls for constant smiles and attractive friends and it’s even more fake. If you check their instas, they posted maybe 2 or 3 images of Alexis then went right back to their regular posts and trips. If I lost a really close friend, I wouldn’t be on social media for months on end and wouldn’t have the energy to post my regular content.

I feel like the friends saying she was so positive & Tom saying she was always stressed is actually VERY typical of an mlm girl. When I was in it I’m sure people would have said similar things about me because that was the role I played - even with close friends and family. My husband was the only one who saw the darker side. I think people need to look more at her friends.

They should, but I doubt her friends we're involved. They're opportunists trying garner attention... Its obvious they're clout chasers. Its probably Tom or her new boyfriend. I think its Tom. Almost every case where the spouse have an argument, one of them turns up dead. Maya Millete's case (unsolved but it points to her Husband), the missing Vista woman (husband did it), Chris Watts, Scott Peterson, Susan Cox Powell's case, Mark Winger etc. Need I say more?

I thought this too. I’ve never done this type of work but I usually don’t show my bad feelings to my friends or family- I’ve definitely put on a happy face around certain people. My boyfriend of 6 years on the other had had seen me at my lowest. He absolutely could have done it and there are def red flags against him but what he’s saying could be true ? I guess we’ll see....

Honestly that's a big red flag to me personally. To throw away the idea that she may have been at all stressed from being a full time influencer and working in a MLM sounds ike not being as close as you think to me. Does not help that they kept speaking together instead of just saying the same thing separately. Like I was pretty convinced it was Tom...but what he said about her being stressed was treated like slander against her despite that being very normal which made me very suspicious.

I think it’s not weird at all, her friends were in the MLM girl boss influencer group. Vanity, shallowness, faking happiness, and obsessing over likes becomes second nature to these people. It probably worked both ways here: Alexis pretended to be positive and charismatic to not lose her social status amongst her peers or disappoint them, and her friends covering for her reputation post mortem. Of course, they could’ve not perceived it at all either.

I think they said that because they don’t want Tom to try and paint an Image of her or try to insinuate that she ended her own life or was stressed by drugs or sketchy ppl. her friends were basically trying to say that there wasn’t anything going on with her to “cause” this to happen. This is just a theory as well, but after watching this I believe that once the truth is revealed the husband will not be the only guilty party. Her “friend group” if it’s anything like other MLMs is fake AF. I would not be surprised if one of the friends developed a relationship w her husband and they plotted together. The fact that they started a justice hashtag before the body was found and knew a divorce was impending makes me think he did not work alone.
