One of my favourite things is when a doctor shines a light through one ear and the light comes out the other ear. It really does prove that Sims are utterly brainless; such a wonderful and hilarious detail!

Stanley having low socials after a full day working with patients is the most relatable thing here. If you've worked with customers/patients/students before, you'll know that's true

I never play with Stanley (I wouldn't dare!!) but I love downloading him and putting him in my saves and see what story progression throws at him. And sometimes my sims run into him and it's fun. He's just another townie, the most iconic townie.

You should do a challenge with stanley where you randomize his personality then speedrun trying to change all his traits with the Growing Together feature. Like if he's lazy make him exercise until you get the pop up asking if he's actually atheltic, if he's cheerful try to make him gloomy, etc.

Every time you misdiagnose a patient your career progress tanks. XD It went from excellent to average for one of them! It is fun because you can learn the symptoms and correct diagnoses if you play enough! Thanks for the fun video! :D

Get to work is honestly such a great pack, despite being so old! One of my favorite saves I’ve played was running an art gallery (store) selling my sims own art, making it pretty. And I also love the scientist career, it’s so fun every time I play it. 🎉

I’m a surgery resident and I never play the sims as a doctor. My sims are always painters or mixologists or chefs. So this was hilarious to watch 😂

I'm honestly surprised that the alien diagnosis was wrong. It's rare when an alien comes into the hospital and you get an achievement for performing successful surgery on them. I love Stanley lol. Please more active career with our hotdog.
