Now the top 5...this one makes my LLB fave list for several reasons. First and foremost my son Tyler played the drums on this set and it was such a thrill for me! Also the LP I used belonged to a dear friend I played in an early band with who has passed the year we shot this. Lastly the song it'self is an all time fave Journey song for me and I got to play acoustic and electric on it! Thanks for giving this a listen!

As a drummer I have to admit that this young drummer just rocks... I'm so impressed by his talent...This one is surely my fave episode by LLB...the best musicians EVER...CONGRATS!!!!

All of these along with each musician are 12 stars....but this drummer is 14 stars. Nailed it! Seriously...what a blessing to be able to do this with your son. Rock On gang! Blessings, Chris #blessed

Fantastic cover. When I was learning to play bass, this song was being played a lot on FM radio. I learned the bass line, and developed a huge respect for Ross Vallory, and the entire band. Neil Schon is a living legend. To hear this song covered correctly is a wonderful experience.

I believe most ppl listening to this would agree, Neal Schon is one of the most melodic electric guitar players, and this was a perfect replication of every aspect of this song.

Fantastic version. OK so obviously all the "older" guys are great musicians.....OMG the drummer so young and plays so clean and right in the pocket. This kid has a future keep an eye out for him. Also need to mention lead vocals. Always good on any of the videos I have seen but it takes a special singer with an amazing god given talent and range to cover these songs. Guitars, Bass and keys are spot on.......GREAT JOB BY ALL!

I'm stunned. No one can do journey. But you do journey as good if not better than journey. I'm blown away. Really, the harmony and vocals are beyond impressive. The instruments are dead on end not one note missed. Wow!

Your son did a fantastic job covering Steve Smith, one of my favorite drummers in the world! I remember taking note of his age and skill the first time I watched. Also a top 5 Journey song for me. Saw the Escape tour in Bloomington, IN, when I was an Indianapolis 8th grader.

Outstanding.. all.. particularly the rythym section. Great outro solo on the Les Paul as well..one of the rare times Neal Schoen didn't cram 4000 notes in a bar.... just tasty.
