I know a beautician that overbooked like crazy. I remember being at the shop so long I would have to send out for lunch because a lot of us had been there since morning. It's a process over years you start by taking hormone pills then save money to get the full transition it doesn't happen overnight. Lots of transgender start taking pills in their teens or early twenties the earlier the process is started the more natural the person will look.
