Kolby Altman has put Cland in a bad place in terms of assets, flexibility and possibly scheme. Who in Cleveland do we need to talk to in order for them to see that size and speed do not improve with coaching. The cavs are sooooo limited with 2 small guards and 2 non-shooting bigs in a league that has clearly shown size, speed and athleticism are skills we need to improve top to bottom on this roster.

A great post! Koby is in big time self preservation mode. Very concerned moving forward with him as GM. Don't want him making the trades anymore....he will get fleeced/hoodwinked again!

They still need to trade Garland, its not going to work with Mitchell and him in the backcourt. They'll get exposed in the playoffs

I do think that the Mobley physique is a reason why he will never be able to play 30-plus minutes as a C. He can be a swing that can play it for 10-15 minutes a game but a full time C for a 82 game season just won’t happen.

Jarret Allen is very reliable and very good player and because of it is not fair to use him in the same sentence with Garland&LeVert.

It's amazing, no deal has the Cavs getting draft capital in return. Just goes to show that nobody has a clue in the lopsided Cavs trades, that always have the Cavs in a worse situation. Smh. Make it make sense!

The wolves and blazers are the ones that should be pursued if available imo. Kat Conley Hunter would seem like the best one to make a push for a EC appearance or further. The four problems with that particular trade would be Salary with Kat Age with Conley Injury Concerns with Hunter and if Wolves and Hawks even listened to the trade idea.

I do expect the Cavs to at least try to include Niang as a trade salary filler and also trade Leverts expiring contract. Don't see either as longterm Cavs moving forward.

Glad you guys mentioned the $$$ problem! The core 4 made 96 mill per year last season...that's expected to go north of 150 soon...The same core 4 that barely got past the experienceless/guardless Orlando Magic in round 1. The NBA season now really is a battle of attrition heading into the playoffs; that's why I don't move JA...can't win a championship unless at least 1 is healthy throughout the playoffs. Move on from DG..not a max player...DM and EM will both make a ton$..and DG probably is questionably at best a 3rd option. Get taller and longer at the 3 and in the backcourt and see what happens!

Draft a forward Koby!!!! We need a 3...3/4 type. No more excuses...Da Silva, Dadiet, Dunn, Klintman,Furphy.. Sick and tired of hearing how hard it is and expensive it is to get one. Should have drafted Tar Eason in 2022...but Koby preferred the 5th year tweener who got worse in his senior year AGBAJI!

@@Euclid06 Probably not..but it's time to get a talented young/upside forward on our roster who is on a team friendly contract. Check out our roster bottoms up from 15 thru about 8...we have nothing to get excited about in terms of young talented positional players with size and length!

Man if they had Mitchell, Lebron and Kat for a year or two. Imagine that. I wouldn’t want them to trade away Mobley. Not that he has played well enough to not include a package yet, but he is still a piece of the Cavs future

Sounds good on paper but would t work with Lebron. He won’t play off ball. Takes the ball out of Mitchell’s hands. Say bye to Mobley and the coach. Stagnant offense.

No. Not KAT, he takes way too much salary cap. Naz Reid would be much better. If you want Ingram for a big, trade Mobley, not Allen.

@@marcfears9905 Reason they want JA is he good and still improving, even under inept Walton and Bitcherstaff. Trade Mobley instead, Allen has a team favorable contract for a few years.
