I can’t believe how far people will go to 1-make false rumours. 2-dig into people’s private lives. I can’t understand why some people would go to this extend to tryna ruin an idol’s privacy. What's really funny is that how Armies are hell bent on proving that the pics are edited. Literally every single BTS fan has become a photo expert for this. To be honest I fully blame hybe for this mess...why?? Because a company who previously deny any kind of rumors within seconds even before they become public, like we have recent eg. of namjoon , jungkook etc when basically nobody knew about the dating rumor & still hybe officially published their denied statement. Which clearly indicates how much protective & sensitive they are regarding these issues. And now suddenly there is a complete pin drop silence from hybe to a rumor which is basically has already reached the national news 2 times with 3 different pictures. Oh my god , this is the second post I've seen talking about them allegedly dating but nothing confirmed about it . The two agencies should already confirm or deny it by now

I honestly wish the best for both idols. But there are certain very important discrepancies in the photos leaked. The first pic, with the *alleged* Jennie and Taehyung, I have no comment because the photo is a bit blurry. 1. In the 2nd pic (the mirror selfie with V looking down at his phone and Jennie clicking the pic), there's light on Jennie's shoulder part of the shirt and Taehyung's shoulder part of the shirt, which means there's a light source right above them. But on V's hair, the shine (because of the light) is missing. This can only happen if Jenni was taller than V and her shadow falls on his hair, and also if there was some flying object between the light source and V's head(like a drone or smth, which is almost impossible). 2. Also you can see how Jennie is leaning in towards Taehyung's shoulders, but her head's shadow is missing from V's shoulders. 3. There's also a placement discrepancy, if you notice how Jennie's legs and her upper body(shoulders esp.) are placed. It looks like her legs are in front and from her upper body behind Taehyung's body, which she can't do unless she bends her body. But she seems to be standing straight. 4. Taehyung's hair and sideburns look like someone cut and pasted a part of some similar looking hairstyle. The distance between his ears and his sideburns is too long. EVEN IF THEY'RE DATING, I WISH THEM THE BESTTT!!💜❣😗 (POV of an average student. Correct me if I'm wrong. Also these 4 inconsistencies are wrt the 2nd mirror selfie only)

Maybe I'm the minority here but I truly could not care less who an idol is dating or anyone else for that matter. I don't even have a curiosity, I literally do not care and I can't wrap my head around anyone who does, let alone cares enough to threaten idols and invade their privacy.

Rumours are made by haters, spread by fools and believed by idiots. Certain people took this way too far when at the start it was clear it was all fake and edited, now it has just become ridiculous. From my research about the whole dating scandal thing, I came across some videos which pointed out the white shadows.( it is a hard-to-fix photoshop problem) And from my keen observation the faults on the pictures were quite obvious to say it was photoshopped. You are on the safer side to say that V and Jennie are not dating. Atleast based on those photos which are clearly edited phtoshopped. So now, here are some of my theories on why this thing is happening. 1) Garam scandal is still hot. To draw out public opinion from that, hybe intentionally did this. The reason why I am suspecting hybe is : whenever there is a dating scandal of their artists, they usually make a public statement to make it clear. But this time they are silent which completely means that they want it to burn. 2) Some armyblink or army or blink, may have made a payment to leak or edit their photos and make them the hot topics. It could be any crazy taennie shipper who did this. Or any random people who thought it was fun to involve the most popular idols from the two most popular k-pop groups. 3) it could be a 4th generation k-pop group fan who thought that their idols aren't getting deserved popularity because of them. So they thought it would be better for them to involve the best artists in a dating scandal so that they would come across a downfall in their career. 4) Pink venom has just been uploaded and it's already getting its wins. But for further promotions, maybe YG intentionally created a dating scandal to draw public attention. 5) It could be jennie's and V's common friend who collected materials for the edits.( photos required ) you know that you can use numerous photos to create one single edited photo. V's apartment photo was a hard one. Even if someone did edited that photo, it would required a full non-edited version of V's apartment. So, maybe one of them had a fake friend . And the faces on the leaked photos are not clear so there is a chance that it's just some random lookalikes from the internet. 6) Taekook is getting more and more obvious nowadays. So maybe hybe thought it was better to create a dating scandal to end the ships. 7) from the beginning, taehyung was a hard obstacle for the jikook shippers. So maybe a toxic jikooker edited these pictures to draw out attention from taekook. And be more whipped for their ship. AND AGAIN EVERYTHING I TYPED HERE ARE JUST MY THEORIES AND OPINIONS ON THIS DATING SCANDAL. I AM HATING HOW THINGS ARE GETTING SO WILD AND BIG IN THE INTERNET. THE ONE WHO LEAKED THESE PHOTOS, LET HIM KNOW THAT ITS NOT FUNNY. HE IS INVADING PEOPLE'S PRIVACY WHICH IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE. And even if it is V and Jennie on the pictures and even if they were dating, Hybe could have just denied everything or said they are just friends. The only reason I can think for their complete silence is that they are more interested in keeping the rumor going on than it stoping and have something to gain from it. I feel like they are using this as a smoke curtain to cover something else. While it could be to detour attention from the situation with Garam, it could also be related to a series of other issues with the company and/or the main figures in it (not idols). I'm not going much further into the speculations, as it could be really anything from this point on, but this is just fishy as hell to me. I believe there is something more going on here we are not seeing.
