Hi Pete for year I suffered from anxiety at times I used to be a mess life went by I was so scared about everything and everyone but with alot of prayers and counseling and then I discovered magnesium and that work very well for me it helps me relax and sleep....enjoy your videos keep up the great work 😊

Hey peet I just wanted to say: our lives don’t stop when we turn 30. Every day we live we learn new things, we can, at any age, start new projects and go on adventures. Even when you have Alzheimer’s or are 70 years old. (You know the writer from the handmaidstale? She took her Alzheimering husband on a world trip, all the places he wanted to visit before he was completely lost by the disease. I know it’s a very harsh thing to compare it with. But he went on the most amazing adventures right before his death, while he knew death was coming for him. I think it’s a great example of how life truly never stops and to take on new things even when it seems to late). I know it’s hard to live with anxiety and I wish you all the love and happiness I can give to you❤️

I understand what you mean about always feeling that you don't fit in even though you're loved beyond measure. I was adopted as an infant into an amazing family that already had 8 biological siblings that were all a lot older than me. They all look Italian. They're all smaller framed. They're all right handed. They all have brown hair and eyes. They all get tan in the summer. They all look alike... like clearly siblings. Then there's me. I'm bigger. I have red hair and blue eyes. I'm the only lefty. I'm so pale. I'm completely different in every single way. I love my family and they love me and never treated me different. But there will always be that small nagging feeling of not fitting in. Like one wire that won't connect. Just wanted to let you know that you're not alone in those feelings. And I wanted to thank you for sharing those feelings, too. Because it lets me know I'm not alone in that situation. Thank you for sharing all of this with us!!!
