Ramiels story was explained in the lore. Ramiels story was a bit of a fantasy story within the world of for honor. The character himself was real, but it's been argued that his legend became lost in interpretation and/or blatantly twisted to inspire unity. In the case of the whole wulin, samurai and vikings uniting.

Just realized that the "giants" and "demons" may have been the samurai and vikings invading the knights' lands. It got me thinking about that first cinematic trailer with the knight speared in the snow. That warden in the last scene could be Ramiel. Though I guess that's just a theory. One thing I miss about old For Honor lore is why the factions are in Heathmoor. Knights believe Heathmoor is their land and wish to reclaim it. Vikings have come back from across the sea to reclaim the land of their ancestors, with the faces in the mountains as proof. Samurai are refugees who wish to build a new home, yet were forced into the Myre, (not the ideal place, but they adapted.)

I always assumed that the stories of Ramiel/Mieko/the other heros were just legends or folk tales like King Arthur or Amaterasu that the people in Heathmoor passed down through centuries, guess I was wrong

With Ravier's story it feels like Vortiger sent her across the world on a rumor just to get rid of her for a while.

There was a daily order that pretty much explained how the Yokai got lose, it said: "With an old map at hand, a mysterious pirate led a group of plunderers to the Yokai cave. Plants have long since withered and nearby bodies of water had dried up. They didn't hesitate to blast their way through the cave"

I think it would have been more interesting if Ravier's story was rather than destroying the orb so no one can use it against Horkos, but because she was so horrified by what Horkos will become and so she destroys it so that Horkos cannot ever use it.

15:21 Part of me wonders if the order of the Black Priors - possibly Horkos by extension - had something to do with the Yokai getting loose. Towards the end of the season before the Yokai season, there was a story Order that said something about a group of Black Prior knights being seen making their way through the Mire, but to my knowledge it was never brought up again after that.

We need a hero who isn’t getting revenge, Like the new hero could be an ally of the hero skin.

Personally I would like a Mongol Tiandi skin, Conquistador Lawbringer, Varangian Guard Berzerker, Black Beard Pirate, Dynasty Aramusha, Hassashim Peacekeeper.

What bugs me about Ravier, why would she kill the queen and have a risk of war with a foreign kingdom when they will probably get invaded by them? Instead of helping horkos she kind of doomed it.

From what I remember, I think there was apparently a Daily Quest during the Jorogumo that explains how the Demon Dagger came to be. I don't remember the complete specifics (because it was just a daily quest sadly). So long ago, there was a stormy night in where the corpse of an animal laid in a field . . . and as the lightning struck the earth, it found its mark upon the animal's corpse. From that event, the Demon Dagger was spawned . . . And that's it from what I remember. One of those small but important lore details that we tend to miss because it's in a daily quest. Would have love to know more about it.

This is Not gonna be the most popular take because im part of the 1% that enjoys the Order of horkos, but I don't mind sharing my own personal opinion. For me Commander Ravier is the best story. Sure maybe it's not the most well written or unique, it's not about a girl sacrificing herself for family, or about a man betraying his honor to save his people, or even about a legendary historical figure giving up his humanity and mortality for peace, but because it was a reminder of what horkos is at its core. A predator that will seek out its goal, using covert, and deceptive methods to stalk their prey and devour the weak that stand in their way. destabilizing the civilization to the point where the Wolves among them rise to confront the order, bringing about war, conflict, but most importantly a struggle. That's a pillar of the order of horkos, in order for the strong to be strong there must be a constant struggle where only the most deserving will rise and rule. Very idealistic mentality or maybe even self jeopardizing, but that's why I like Raviers story so much. It stays consistent with the established lore.

i feel like the only logical person with information about the Arabian kingdom would be the pirate hero. they literally traveled everywhere and plundered shit. so it would've made sense if they included that in the story for Ravier

Meiko Ramiel Ravier Bolthorn In that order for me for designs. Ballsack the cursed without a doubt the worst, I wanted a proper fantasy viking jarl but got a new skin texture instead. BP didn't really do much for me, the BP naturally has a ton of edgy looks and I actually prefer to my own look to the Ravier. Still way better than ballsack the cursed. Ramiel is so far away from the rest of the wardens stuff that i really enjoyed it. I love the royal gold high fantasy look overall with the only downside being the annoying hair. I also wish we could close the visor and see that helmet complete. Meiko is definitely my favourite. What a well designed piece, there are so many small details like the helmet eyes, tattoos ect. The demon hand, the sword, the ghastly hair. Meiko is miles above the rest for me in her design.

I actually quite like Ravier's story. For one, I don't see the Sultana as being stupid as much as I see her as being Naive. Her entire life, she lived without war or hardship. She probably saw herself as the center of the universe and to be honest, thanks to her status and the Celestial Sphere, she was. It makes sense to me that the idea that someone could be plotting against her would be a completely foreign concept. She believes that everyone is good, everyone is trustworthy, everyone is kind, and unconditionally so. Ravier's story demonstrates how that kind of mindset, especially in the vaguely grimdark world of For Honor, will quickly become crushed into dust. I'll admit that Ravier's story doesn't do a whole lot for the character of Ravier, which it probably should seeing as it's HER story, but I do think it's a lot more interesting on the Arabian side of things. The big question hovering over the story is whether the Celestial Sphere will have major consequences for the ongoing war with Horkos and Chimaera, or if it's just forgotten about. Somehow I doubt that it's the former but still, if this becomes a major thing, I think this story will become a whole lot better retroactively.

Said it once, I'll say it again. These skins could've been turned into armor pieces which could give players new armors and greater potential for style

Aesthetically, the only thing I can say in Bolthorn's favor (besides his axe being decent) is that he still wears a helmet. Meanwhile, the other three are far better in that regard, but that typically goes without saying.

In terms of Narrative, I'd give it to Meiko, Ramiel, Bolthorn, and Ravier. In terms of style, I'd give it to Ramiel, Meiko, Ravier, and Bolthorn.

Who were the Giants and where did they come from? Well, they are real in the world of For Honor as they can be found in Breach as Guardians and Commanders. They are also in Arcade and some seasonal game modes. What's interesting is when you kill a Guardian you gain temporary 'powers' so perhaps Ramiel's story isn't all legend.

General Ravier has the best, the way the clothing is charred at the end.

Indeed What I had was: #1: Yokai Slayer Meiko ofc #2 or #3: Commander Ravier or Lord Ramiel #4: Bolthorn the Cursed Like you said, Meiko was just the best overall, I really love her character design, all the in-depth details: Her demon tattoos for her possessed side, the unique Samurai dress wear for her lower outfit that isn't present in any other Kensei armor set, the eyes from her headpiece ornament, Samurai armor and Demon tats the looking around and blinks as she does. Also since the pallette changes for every faction other than the Knights really served justice for the materials, they all really be poppin' and standing out now. Overall *TOP TIER* Hero skin and character. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🙌🏽👐🏽🙌🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Ravier, again, the armor is pretty fancy, you can tell she has that "higher" status and authority, the fiery garments, shield and 👑 are all also pretty cool looking, but the reason I have 2nd and 3rd place kind of split for her and Ramiel is because both their armors look real glamorous and glowed out.👄 🤌🏽 Ramiel may be too fantasy-like, but his armor is still truly one of a kind, the materials are excellent with his fit as is the entire Knight faction, also the helmet is amazingly designed, it's a shame we can't have a toggle to put the helm/visor down so we can look like some jousters or like a true Holy Knight, but his armor is great 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽. Last, Bolthorn, his skin obviously ain't the best and obviously it's rare to get Vikings unique, worthy, and truly remarkable armors, but at least they tried something new with a charred skin that you can't get with anyone else and fiery, shadowy, mystical-like veins that changes with the material that gives the most uniquely aspect about the skin 🤏🏽👍🏽. It's alright, it's not the worst skin, but it's obviously not the best either, more could've been done with that one. (Use of Chainmail for ex.)

I must agree with you that Bolthorn is just a raider painted black, little disappointed. Ramiel looks very elvish, why not just name him Legolas 😂. Good narrative story. To much fantasy for me. Ravier has a boring narrative story with no character, but looks great compared to Bolthorn.

Lord Ramiel would have been a 10/10 skin for me if he'd just close his visor. Also this would be all but hopeless but damnit ubi pls give warden a proper breastplate or at least ramiel's chest plate/breach knight boss just less ornate or no engravings at all.

Warden first cause he has the best thought true story aswell plus his skin is by far the greatest. They have bin building up for the warden story's for years now. Second for me is black prior cause the skin just looks really great to me and despite everything I like how she is such a mystery. Thirth is kenshe the story is insanely great, but the skin is cool, but just not the very best looking that demon arm just looks sow weak and because it's her right arm her strikes looks sow weak. Overal she just looks thin and not that strong. Fourth raider his story is sh*t and that toghter with the skin not looking to far from the reguler raider dragged him down for me. I would have liked raider more if he wasn't wearing pants cause then the idea would have looked just that little bit better since he would look like he just came from the dessert and like he is even more insane then most raiders.
