I wonder what exercises the ducati team is doing to evaluate the options? May be they have created two teams: team martin, team marquez. Each team probably coming up with pros and cons of each and then doing a weighted average score for both teams to see who wins. The weights in the weighted average would depend on what matters to ducati. Parameters can be: championship history, fans/brand value, time till end of career, etc

I'm a big MM fan but I think Jorge Martin deserves the spot the most after last year and already leading this years championship. I think if he wins it all this year they have to give it to him, but if marc makes a miracle run for the championship it could be much closer in terms of the seat.

Martin should get the Factory spot. Factory Ducati guys somehow doesn't like Martin that much.

Can you explain what is the difference between a factory bike and primac or gresini I don’t get it?!

They manufacture the bike themselves and have a lot more resources than the private teams who just buy the bike from ducati.

Gresini and VR46 purchase last year's bike, the GP23 and run it all season with no updates. The factory bikes get constant updates. The Pramac team is basically a full Ducati factory team without the prestige. There's a lot more pressure on the Lenovo Ducati team to be the top, but they give all the same machinery to the Pramac team. So Marc is literally on last years bike while Martin is on a basically identical bike to Bagnaia and Bastianini.

Paddock Pass Podcast. He has sponsorships, but the Gresini team doesn't pay him.

That's a good question. The KZfaq algorithm decides which of my videos get pushed and which don't. I have some videos with 30,0000-50,000 views and others with less than 100. Thanks for commenting and helping me out!
