Today at fp1 watching Colapinto and hearing what James said to him, makes me extremely hopeful that the youngster is in thr best academy of F1 teams. Wish James the best, looks a great leader.

If James was allowed to build the team infrastructure etc like stroll seems to be able to do Williams would be at the front 💯% but people like toto couldn’t handle that hence everything James try’s to do they block 🤬
