I liked these "bottle episodes"...and I dig this scene because you can tell that by this point, Debbie has won Bartlet over. She was one of the best things to come out of Season 4 (well, technically, Season 3, since she was intro'd in the finale that year).

I didn't know what you were talking about until the President tried to balance the egg. I remember him saying, "Yeah, it doesn't work," as the intro started. I liked that part, and the edit ruined it.

Can you upload the clip when President Bartlet helps Charlie with his taxes and they start talking about what he's gonna do with the money he's supposedly gonna get from his rebate but ends up owing money instead? I forget what episode that is but that was always one of my favorite moments.

Out of curiosity, how long did it take to find the least interesting, least funny scenes from this episode? Was it hard? Literally every moment of this ep is classic except the scenes you picked. 😀 Okay, the bit with Donna at the end is good, but that has nothing to do with Poker.

The egg thing actually works. My dad did it back in the 90s.

The egg thing works by crushing the bottom end of the egg slightly, so that it forms a platform for the egg to rest upon. That, or the shell has enough bumps. It any case, the equinox has nothing to do with it. Neither would doing it on the equator help. It would be like balancing a sharpened pencil on a table.
