*Luke was a first rank Historian* Governors mentioned by Luke that many historians never believe existed were confirmed by the evidence excavated by Sir William Ramsey's archaeological team. (Sir William Ramsay was also a non-believer, and became a believer when he made his finds.) Without a single error, Luke was accurate in naming 32 countries, 54 cities, and 9 islands. From Sir William Ramsey himself, "I began with a mind unfavorable to it...but more recently I found myself brought into contact with the Book of Acts as an authority for the topography, antiquities, and society of Asia Minor. It was gradually borne upon me that in various details the narrative showed marvelous truth...Luke is a historian of the first rank; not merely are his statements of fact trustworthy...this author should be placed along with the very greatest historians.

So many sites, place and people mentioned by the new testament were doubted heavily until archeology proved them wrong. So now the goal posts get moved by them

Im not Muslim so I know the Bible was inspired by God and Written by the Apostles or Their Successors whose names are on the front page of their Books. If I was an Abdul I wouldn’t know that the quran was written, rewritten, and rewritten over 14 centuries. The Hufs quran wasn’t formally adopted until the 20th century.

Wait wasn't Greek the MAIN SPOKEN LANGUAGE THEN?? LIKE ENGLISH IS TODAY???? And didn't Jesus converse with Pilate?? Pilate spoke Latin??? Shall we keep going??? I'm thinking Jesus knew more than what folks give him credit for.

The church fathers which lived in 80-150 ad quote the gospels. Which instantly destroys the argument by muslims which say we dont know who wrote them. It makes the time the gospels were written extremely early. Not to mention the creed mentioned in 1 corinthians 15 about Jesus dying and rising on the third day which is universally dated to within 2-5 years after the crucifixion

During the time of Jesus. All Jewish kids went to Hebrew school as in the Jewish religion they had to learn to read the Torah. unlike the pagans, they had idol worship and rituals and their priest did the reading. - Greek was the international language like present-day English.

They would have been educated and St Joesph was a carpenter. So also he would have none numbers and measurements. The Holy Ghost came on the apostles and gave them knowledge in all languages.
