If you have the "Wild Wasteland" trait activated (and why wouldn't you?), the Y-17 Trauma Override Harness enemies will occasionally "shout" the phrase "Hey, who turned out the lights?" Poor Proper Dave.

I am not surprised Who has appeared in so many different games, tv shows, movies, and so on. It is one of the grandest and most well known shows Britain has to offer.

On the topic of 2d sandbox games, Starbound (a personal favorite of mine) happens to have a couple doctor who references in it. Not only does it have it's own version of the Fez hat (literally titled 'Cool Fez' with the parody description of 'Fezzes are... neat!"), but also a Fish Fingers food item that references custard in its description as well as an object that seems to depict a high-tech medical scan of a Time Lord. I wouldn't be surprised if there's another reference or two hidden among npc dialogue or the descriptions of other objects too. Rather fitting given how the game was developed by a British company.

Assassins Creed (Origins I think) has an ancient Tardis stranded at the bottom of a lake. Surprised they didn’t do any for syndicate though.

In Skyrim, when you go to the Nord afterlife, Sovngarde, there are huge statues of hooded humanoid figures. If you take your eyes off of them then turn back, they'll have turned to face you, and their gaze will follow you throughout the whole area.

There’s actually a few more references to doctor who in terraria, the only two I remember off the top of my head are that one of the npcs mentions something about angel statues moving, and that one of the possible names for the goblin tinker npc is dalek

In the Sims 3, there are a few Doctor Who references. Among them: *A Time Machine in the Sims 3 Ambitions that looks suspiciously like a TARDIS (Albiet in Red and not Blue * In Into the Future (A time travel pack), there's a family that is a clear reference to Amy and Rory in one household (Even though the game for some reason has a mistake where the wife is their daughter for some reason) * In University Life CAS you can have your male Sims wear an outfit that is the exact colour of 11s- complete with Bow Tike

Can I just mention that the name of that dry cleaners is called arcadia Gallifreys second city? Also new vegas has another referance in OWB with the trauma harnesses saying "who turned out the lights"

There are probably a few more in RuneScape as well. I know that the Archaeology mummy pet (a mummy named Archie) has an examine text of "Are you my Mummy?"

One of my favorites is in PvZ heroes, which has a strategy deck called ‘doctor what’ that’s built around the doctor spacetime card 😅

Don't recall if you did it already, but fortnite did a doctor who collaboration a year or so ago. You were able to get a free spray at the time and (still can) explore doctor who themed maps. There is rumor that another collaboration will happen this November for the 60th anniversary with a whole lot more stuff than just a spray

In team fortress 2 there is a cosmetic item for the medic called the "chronoscarf" which resembles the 4th doctors iconic scarf. Furthermore the game has a cosmetic item for the spy and the medic called the "Dr. Whoa" which adds a bowtie to the character when equipped. Now idk if this one counts since it's a mobile game but in this game called little alchemy you combine elements to make other stuff. When you combine space and time you get a tardis and when you put a doctor in the tardis they become the doctor.

I saw a doctor who reference recently in a game called Clive N Wrench (it's about a rabbit and a monkey travelling in their time travelling fridge), but all around some of the maps you can see the phrase 'Bad Wolf'

I don't wanna be the one to say this, but I think the whole point of Life is Strange 1's story is that Max rewinds time way too much, and that's the reason why the storm/hurricane/tornado exists in the first place, the proof is in the other option available at the end of the story + the events in the second game. If you choose to sacrifice Chloe you end up rewinding back to the beginning of the game, Max let's her die instead of rewinding to save her, and then Max goes to the funeral and the town is left in one piece. In the sequal with the two brothers, they end up having to travel all across the country, and in their travels they see Arcadia Bay in the distance, depending on what the player chose in the previous game, it will show something in the sequal based on that final decision. The town will either be wrecked to pieces with a memorial sign (sacrificing Arcadia) or the town will still be in one piece and with lights on (sacrificing Chloe). The storm is a product of Max rewinding time over and over again, and the final decision decides whether or not Arcadia stays in one piece.
