It’s very possible that these people commenting horrible comments when Bobby is giving out FREE Life Saving advice (which the FDA should be doing for us but isn’t) are paid by big corporations or even AI. These big corporations that are putting out horrible products that are all about making money and not in the best interest of our health. Thank you Bobby.

Bobby is all about PEOPLE over profit. He comments on bad ingredients and products loaded with processed sweetners, added sugars, artificial color and flavors. He has openend my eyes and changed what I buy. He has taught me so much❤

The Harmless Harvest chocolate and coconut smoothies are also good. Three Trees is a great almond milk as well. For breads, organic sourdough might be great for the gut, too. The organic Siete tortilla chips are good. Some fresh pico are a good pairing or Whole Foods organic salsa. Kids like “healthy” tasting things.

We tried the Crofters “jam”, and although it is great that it is lower in sugar, it really is more of a jelly, we miss the pieces of fruit in the strawberry and raspberry flavors and it doesn’t spread the way you expect a jam to. Wish Bonne Maman would do reduced sugar versions.

@BobbyParrish with the manufacturers using more dates we must make sure where the dates are sourced. So many date varieties plus many country of origins are from conflict of interest countries. Bobby, Anything with sunflower or sunflower seeds is highly allergic to me. I get anaphylactic shock with it. Also anything Pumpkins seeds is allergen. The bread you suggest and the nut butter would kill me. Things organic are tricky. Just an FYI Bobby!

Are Whole Foods here and Huntington Beach no longer carry Siete seasonings, which is really irritating. At least that’s what they told me when I went in, and they looked it up. Can’t find it anywhere and it was my favorite. I’m not a fan of Whole Foods, but it was the last place I could find the seasoning… Thankfully, still found no grain sea salt chips at Costco this month on sale. Was it for dollars $.29 a bag or something? Quite reasonable no matter what it was reasonable, and we’ve bought several bags to get us through. Lol.

Be very careful shopping at Whole Foods if you have a severe shellfish allergy. There is a real concern imo about cross contamination from their seafood counter products and allergens coming into contact with your shopping, from the baskets or carts they go into, and the checkout area. As it’s a major deadly allergen, they really should only sell pre-sealed/ packaged shellfish.
