Make roasted whole cauliflower a meal with creamy Mediterranean spreads and sauces like yogurt tahini sauce, chermoula, and warm pita bread.
INGREDIENTS:
1 whole cauliflower head medium or large size
1½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
SERVES WELL WITH
yogurt tahini sauce
chermoula sauce + 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
pita bread

I had cauliflower with little tahini drizzled over it, garlic powder tumeric and caraway seeds. Really good. I love your recipes. The best ingredients.

Wow, it looks so delicious. I am pretty sure it is delicious. I know it is hard to understand all the ingredients. Super and the dressing, can you, uh, say a little bit slow? I mean for me. It's just a little bit hard to understand. Maybe everybody is maybe everybody understands, but for me, it seems like my ear is not very good. I'm so sorry, thank you very much.
