colocasia leaves are coated with gram flour paste. The gram flour paste is made with gram flour, turmeric, masala, and saunf seeds. Then after rolling the colocasia leaves are coated with gram flour paste, They are steamed.

Bro very nice but we the GSBs actually don't use besan we use wet rice flour with coconut nd red mirchi, nd hing that is the perfect method of GSB Pathra bro. Our method will be wonderful in taste but tedious job. The next day we will cut them into slices nd fry it with oil oh my god it will be out of the world.
