I have a tooth that is compromised but alive, but I cannot afford the Pulp Capping, and I WILL NOt get a root canal.. so I'm going to pull it and get a partial (it's a premolar)... he should be telling people about PULP CAPPING...

Amazing. What country are you in, that they re-glued a whole tooth broken off? Did it break straight right at the gumline? Did your dentist say whether your root was cracked at all? Was there any decay inside the capped tooth? (Sounds like so, if he did root canal). Did they put a new cap on it afterwards? How much did this all cost? No the capped tooth didn't break off to the gum line, but half of the capped tooth just broke off! I was chewing on some chips!

A video I find helpful if you search on youtube "How ROOT CANALS Lower Life Expectancy" with Dr Rouzita Rashtian, she explains in much more detail. It's the video with over a million views. But basically it's a dead tooth and a root canal can never be done properly. It is a dated method to keep teeth. Without the root, your immune system can't get to it in order to clean the bacteria. Teeth are porous and while it may seem like a solid object where nothing can get in or out, it has miles upon miles of "tubules" that can hold anaerobic bacteria that your body now has to deal with. It is a gangrene tooth. If your finger was gangrene you'd have it removed promptly so that the infection doesn't spread. Having a dead tooth in your mouth is equally toxic, causing auto-immune diseases. There are miles and miles of tubules in any tooth meaning that the tooth is porous and bacteria can always get into it. without the root, your immune system cant reach the dead tooth to clean it of anaerobic bacteria. yes they will clean it and refill it again. But if the teeth is hollow space very deep already due to multiple replacements, they will offer you crown. The reason why my teeth had a huge big deep hole is because they replaced it like 5x all of it crack up. The repeat procedure will keep going deep and they will drill off more and more untill it goes so deep it hurts when they drill down. The last filler was the strongest it lasted like 30yrs. It defends on dentist, filler, if the job is good it last longer. If bad it just stays a day or a few months. It's hard to find a good dentist.

it also leaks if it is badly made. There is space that can get through and will have infections. Or the filler sometimes it gets off or it pops up, than you will notice dark stain around the filler, it will go deep if it is not fixed.

youre scaring the shit out of me. My amalgam is very. huge. They made this repeatedly like 5 x coz it cracks so the more they replace and drill the bigger the hole became super deep. They also broke my teeth on the side. The dentist wants to cover it with crown coz she said it's hard to remove amalgam. it already crack and is already lower on the bottom hollow space. no pain. i don't have headaches from teeth. i just have headache from spondylosis. i don't know but i have pain and stiffness on right arms, or i'd have pain on right legs.

@@KuroRitsuka because I tried everything else for the past 5 years, I spent most of my free time researching and testing, nothing really worked, with very strict diet I could manage it but I still didn't feel normal and had a lot of reactions to foods. I will never recommend that procedure, in a few decades I hope it will be seen in the same light as lobotomies, and I will never get another one done under any circumstance.

Just like mainstream doctors. @@KuroRitsuka I would personally try everything to save the tooth, research extensively, if after trying everything it can't be saved a root canal can be a temporary solution, you may not have problems for several months but it is not a permanent solution and eventually you are going to have to extract it and perhaps replace it with an implant.

But one of my family members is a dental assistant and is telling me not to listen to the negativity, that it's perfectly fine and I just don't believe it. I know this is very sad, I've had root canal treatment twice. But well, what else can we do, it's our fault and we have to bear it. The doctor just provides an explanation. In my opinion, if we have undergone root canal treatment, the best thing to do is to maintain our immune system to stay healthy. And don't lose focus with worries, focus on the future and make a lot of money... if you're already wealthy, you can remove the tooth roots and replace them with dental implants. And don't forget to have a health check-up at least every 6 months & have an X-ray of the root canals, because I'm afraid the infection might spread severely without being noticed. Hopefully, we are always under God's protection...

@@ee7369 some people have problems with titanium implants, some people tolerate them just fine. Personally I wouldn't risk it because I've already lived with autoimmune issues for too long before removing my root canal.

An implant lasts 7 years on average.

@@chezchezchezchez- Re titanium implants - titanium is known as a hapton: can trigger autoimmune response. Zirconium implant is better but even these implants (like any implants) can get eventually infected, so go with the bridging cemented-in false tooth (after the extraction has healed up).
