That's awesome news!!!🎉 My husband and I are now buying our 2nd and FINAL home after selling off our 1st one for a cross-country move... here's the BEST tip I can give you that will take a LOT of anxiety away... SAVE, SAVE SAVE!!! If you have to put your savings in another bank and have your paycheck do an automatic deduction of some of that money that will then go into that account without you being able to "see it". That way, when something DOES happen.... and believe me... IT WILL 😮.... it won't be SUCH a blow to your day to day. I speak from experience that we DIDN'T have that and it cost quite a few sleep less nights as we had an older home. Anyway... now I'm rambling! Lol 😂 Enjoy your new home, new friends to be and remember.... you are building EQUITY now which one day will be like your own personal loan if you should need it! 😊
