What makes this game brilliant is the fact that the AI essentially has two brains. One that is searching for you and adjusting to your play style using it in game hearing systems while the other one knows where you or rather your general location and periodically feeds the Alien your information

I got totally freaked out at the hospital section, didn't play for years, finally started playing again recently... 10 years later it still holds up so well, finally progressed enough to get the incinerator unit, and survived the ill-fated attempt to get the Xenomorph off the station, really loving returning to this game at last, even if it scares me shitless

Damn, You're going to struggle through the rest of the game. If you are playing the rest of it of course. Here are some tips if in the case that you are playing: - You can lean anyway you want. (its Ctrl + WASD) - Androids will go hostile later on in the game (They are strong, can't melee attack them most of the time cuz they block it). Don't attack friendlies, and conserve your items and ammo - Hold F to reload your flashlight and Press F to Toggle On/Off. (The battery indicator is on the bottom left) - Search for items (Look for things that are glowing orange, or boxes or drawers having a green light on them, and also dead bodies. You will need to craft items) - Craft. - Use your Motion Tracker a lot of the time. Aliens can come through vents and all such places. Androids and Humans don't enter vents. So you can hide from them if needed. Also, I believe that in the bottom left of the motion tracker, that number indicates how close/far that source of motion is. - Access Terminals when you see them. Some of them you need to use to progress. Use Rewire as well (I haven't used it much at all, but at one or more points, I think I needed it to progress) - If a vent start drooping saliva, it indicates that an Alien is monitoring it. Don't go underneath that vent, go around it. - You have to Update your map whenever you can (It's not necessary but can be helpful). You can update them by searching for that glowing thing like in 51:19. (You don't really search, you'll just stumble upon it) It's a good game, if you're not going to do a series on the channel then try to play it on your own time, its nice.

ALSO, THE ALIEN ADAPTS AND LEARNS YOUR STRATEGIES If you use one gadget too often, the alien will learn to ignore it and wont keep falling for the same tricks, so you need to switch it up often SECONDLYYYY, THE MOTION TRACKER TELLS YOU WHERE TO GO The green bar on the edges of the motion tracker tell you which way to walk, If you follow in the direction of the green bar, you will end up at the objective

I hope u see this. There's map info upgrades (it gives more info about where u are) so at 51:19 is a upgrade thats what they look like. Now u didnt show it here but on the tracker theres a white line that moves that shows you where to go so (i wish i knew that when i played lmao). Hope this helps
