Tate has a damaged retina from kickboxing. He said he keeps his guard down because it helps him see better. If you watched his fights he use to fight with a high guard but he later dropped his guard and switched his style due to his retina injury. He has really good head movement. You should watch his boxing sparring.

The other (to this point) has always been afraid to throw when he realises he can get knocked out. The summary is simple. I understand his kickboxing organization was not the greatest but it was still decent. So even being a 4 time champ in iska is still significantly better than most pro kickboxers. How this will transition to boxing i don't know. It's just hard for me picture him losing to Logan Paul. Logan is a good influencer level boxer but that's about it.

I like wades content but this one missed the mark comparing a guy in kick-boxing to boxing is two very different things. Almost none of his style or approach to these past fights will be relevant given the change in coaching and the fact Andrew knows he can’t just be kicked in the face anytime his oppenent decides he wants to.

6-8 rd fight goes to Tate. Most of the influencer boxers greatest weaknesses is their stamina. And Logan has pretty bad stamina.

It’s dangerous to move laterally against kickers too often, you’ll eventually slip right into a head kick, like Edwards / Usman Boxing wise, back is the safest way to pull. It’ll be a question if Tate can fight well off his back foot or not

some of the best fighters fight with a lowered guard, from mma to boxing. it's easier to dodge when you can see what's coming and your guard affects that. From anderson silva to mayweather who uses shoulder rolls, most of the time they're dodging it's with a lowered guard. A guard is to soften the blow, a lowered guard is to evade it entirely.

The way I view it is that Tate naturally will have more experience that any of the influencers but I feel like he would lack in explosive power department due to him being a bit older than jj Logan jake etc and all the cigars are certainly not going to help his cardio however I do think just general boxing iq Tate is a lot higher especially compared to Logan since Logan seems to lack the instincts for boxing so I think Tate would probably just out score Logan and win and easy decision if his cardio holds up enough which judging by the little rounds influences fight it probably would or he would ko Logan late in the fight the best chance Logan has is to try and come out fast and ko him but I just don’t see it

If you move your head down like in traditional boxing you eat a knee I think that movement and defense change a lot when kickboxing/Muay Thai boxing. Boxers front legs are too far forward and head movement like boxers doesn’t work as effectively when there’s kicks.

I feel like I’m teens of boxing I’d favor logan Jake and KSI just cuz if you looks at their fights they are all fast and when I see tate hit pads and fight he is very rigid and slow which leaves him open for combos especially with a lowered guard to the eye and also in boxing many fighters mainly hit the face so I feel like through a fight tates eye might start to rly get bad

Genuinely believe this fight would be the most viewed influencer boxing match ever especially at the height of Tate’s popularity late last year but unfortunately it was never gonna happen because Logan only fights when he has a huge advantage in either skill, or size and in this case he has neither. As a kickboxer myself, ive had many boxers in to spar, and we have to boxing spar with them, u really quickly find out so many of your combos and movements are based around kicks, its probably why he stands so upright. Not sure why he puts alot of weight on his front foot, as in kickboxing generally u dont do this as one kick or sweep and ur down. His style looks very kickboxing oriented, after all his punches hes in a position to throw kicks. Ps andrew is a shit kickboxer and hes beat nobody of any value, which probably explains why his stance is weird from a kickboxing perspective, because hes not very good
