I'm all in with the equal rights but the minorities would rather keep their children separated from mingling with other races at early age than to allow for them to assimilate and actually learn to live in a diverse community. As you mentioned, Chinese dominated the retails and businesses. Therefore, they have the power to priorities their own people when it comes to employment. Even if Malays, Chinese, and Indians are employed in the same company, eventually the Chinese are more likely to get more raise and bonuses compared to the other two. Not to mention that Chinese will always be given the biggest chance at climbing up the corporate ladder compared to Malays and Indians. This is the true reality of Malaysia.

I was transferred and were working with an Eng firm in New Delhi for few years, Many Indian co-workers which i worked with, wants to migrate out from India. Now i'm back in Malaysia for good. Thank you British for making the right move by bringing my ancestors here, otherwise my generations would have suffered the pollutions, caste-system, poverty living in high density population, and worst case" open toilet "policy. Malaysia is still the best country regardless of what others think. Never heard Ananda Krsnan or Tony fernandez wanted to migrate out from Malaysia ,in fact they know how to use" multi-cultural" policy to improve their businesses. If Malaysia is truly racist country, there would be no Indian and Chinese billionaires produced here within.😉

😮🙏 Thank You So Much Econ 10 channel for standing & speaking up for many marginalized & victimized Malaysians by their racist & unfair national policies that backfired in many sectors rather than actually helping the needy Malaysians in the long run ... A lot of these racist policies crippled the Malaysian competitiveness for all Malsysians , instead of bringing in more Unity , Stability , Wealth & Togetherness to this God Blessed Country of Multi-Ethnics & Multi-Cultural , blessed with 9 Royal Sultans & a revolving King & Queen of Malaysia! 🙏 Daulat Tuanku! Long Live The King & Royals of Malaysia! 🕯🌏✌💜🕊🇲🇾

Those who had left for US and SG are short sighted. If they are in it for the short term 1-3 yrs, then it may be fine. I personally think that the Western hegemony will collapse with the advent of WW3. SG economy is worse of than MY, as their inflation rate is worse than UK. Sure MY is not perfect, but right now the rest of the world is way worse off. I'm a type C BTW.

Are you saying we practice full meritocracy in Malaysia when you are from national school and speak fluent malay? Have you not seen news every year when qualified non bumi students are not accepted to courses they apply despite excellent results. Where have you been living?

Thanks to Msia race based policy. Msia is the only country that invests in education but her graduates are employed by other countries.

Don't complain about bumiputera rights if you are a non native. How come demanding for mandrin speaking on jobs isnt seen as racist? Mandrin isnt even our 2nd language, shouldn't be mandatory for jobs 😂
