This is such a hard debate because out of the top 4-5 whomever you ask they will most likely side with the player that played for the team they support. For me personally De Bruyne is too high on this list whilst still a world class player

The sharks don't need it - these fish are bad-ass and durable enough to begin with, and will probably outlast them evolutionally, (unless the orcas do something about it - the orcas may be super-smart instead).

just the same, mammals do not need high intelligence - after all, they are taught by older individuals. You don't need to explore the world yourself, you need to learn to copy the actions of the leaders. Therefore, sharks are more intelligent than dolphins.
