There’s actually sleeves and pants that you can buy and it uses air to compress your muscles. It’s mainly used for recovery after strenuous exercise but honestly it’s such a nice feeling and I would definitely recommend you try them as you say that you like to feel the pressure

I got Palmer's body oil and put it in the shower so when I'm done I just put it on (carefully) still in the shower bc I also couldn't moisturize! I definitely suggest it, especially if you put your hair up
