I believe that he saw what was becoming a permanent underclass in a large segment of his society. I believe that he felt by expelling those persons the native Ugandans would fill those roles. So African countries should also focus on improving its population. Uganda itself has just 45 million people and they need atleast 120-140 million. Greetings from India and hope more indians will contribute to the growth of Uganda. I saw and read a lot about Uganda and a lot of culture, food, and traditions are very similar.
