Hey Gary, regarding your computer niggles, I wholeheartedly align with you. The trouble is in our heads and it reminds me of a quote that I used when working as a rehab nurse, “if a man says he can or says he can’t he is always right.” My wife is the tech for computer etc, she is my go to. You both take care and keep on being you. See you on the next.

JudithB I understand what you are saying about a huge project. I am still pruning, and it seems like a never ending project. I am pruning back 5 yrs worth of overgrowth on 4.5 acres. Sitting through winter is not good for me, and the whole thing got away from me. Watching the wild fires out west last year showed me how vulnerable my home is. I worked this past winter on stuff and that has helped me keep going. I started pruning and pulling dead trees off the driveway this morning, and cleaning a circle garden in the front yard. I started working on this little section 3 months ago, and finally mulching and planting flowers this am. Probably another 5 days to finish the whole circle, which includes cleaning leaves out of a fish pond. Its pretty to look at from the front porch!!! LOL!!! I work on several projects at the same time and it takes a long time but better for my body! Anyway back at it!

There’s always just slight differences between Canada and the US. in Canada, we call The aunt and uncles of our parents great aunt and great uncle. We don’t call them grand aunt or grand uncle. I just love learning the different linguistic differences between our nations and even within our nations.

Mel if it is under your feet it is a joist, if it is over your heat its a rafter or a truss ( a truss has a straight bottom cord or bottom.) as far as your tool bags go get wide braces it puts the weight on your shoulders and takes the most off your waist. Personal experience. Mel is from Missouri the show me state.

Gary why don’t you put the upstairs on a different breaker box from the basement. You can put in a third breaker box where the other two boxes can be run through and connected to the electric pole. You could run the wiring for the up stairs through the roof trusses. That way you don’t have to take down the insulation in the basement ceiling this summer or next Fall.

I was just thinking about the deck on your house and it’s going to be so nice when you guys get it done and you have a roof that you can sit out there in the morning and have your coffee on your deck it’s going to be nice

hi there. just a thought. there is ai video editing for youtube/ tiktok/instagram and so on, like the program invideo then you only need to do some small changes inside the program and then the program takes over and edit the whole clip without you needing to go thrue everything and fix everything to your liking. sure it may change how your clip is going to look but it could remove alot off time that you need to sit infront off the computer. the other bad thing is that some off the ai programs that is out there cost money allso. dunno if it is something for you but i just wanted you to know that there is programs like that out there. hope you have a great day :)
