Love your work and C.S. series! •Between the residential canals and the natural river bank - a golf course running parallel to the shore boarded by resorts (and other tourist generators as well as air/water oriented entertainment). •The rocks in the park, can you convert one into a spelunking adventure? •A pedestrian bridge connecting the north and south end - where the park gates are - easy money.

Looks great, when you first tested the dutch canal, the transition looked pretty interesting the way it exposed the layers, perhaps you could keep a transition between the dutch and standard canals near the outflow to keep that little bit of extra realism visible. Definitely big improvement. But I am hard to please so here is a list of wishes. Awfuly specific wishes. And I will not be satisfied even if you fulfil them: 1) Line of trees forming an alley, preferably poplars if those are in game, next to the road with monorail. You can see these in countryside next to canals. 2) Bring boats of any kind into the canals. They are too dead. 3) Connect the bike paths to one system feeding people to monorail. 4) The redwood trees do not fit in there. That is mountain reservation item. 5) If you are looking for trees to fit in an alley next to canal, I reccomend birch trees, the kind where branches hang down toward water. They are small so they will not be an obstacle, but a part of the quarter. Sakuras are alternate option, just not dutchy. 6) Think of a merging into neighbouring districts. Some canals should extend further into dead ends, with similar theme gradualy becoming the next district´s theme. 7) University should include the same canals, if you go for the oxford look for their yacht club. 8) Can the park be a bit less flat, since you got the rocks there? I would not say it if there werent any rocks, but rocks mean hill. 9) Small lake or more open area for some piers, restaurants or something with water related should be nearby.

A few things- 1- you only added a monorail stop in one direction 2- from what i know, you cant actually walk on cycle paths, but you can cycle on normal footpaths unless you ban them using a policy 3- did you notice the train jam? 4- you can make one way roads with trams, so you could have a roundabout even on the tram sections, you would just have to make the whole block tram and have the trams going different ways round the block

Yeah, I'm gonna go ahead and remind you that you originally set out to create a new university campus on that stretch of land, but more importantly, I'd like to suggest using the "island" further down east as a place for a huge Zoo, like the one you've built in one of your last multi-part citybuilds.
