Superman gives equal chance to every team member to express themselves before making a decision, on the other hand Batman makes a plan and want every member to act according to that plan. Most of the time team members don't even know that they were doing things as per Batman plan. Many time his plans saves the day. Ex. Justice league Dark Apokolips where he tells zatana to do magic on constantine, Young justice animated series season 3 ( He made is own team of super Heroes and very few know that they were working on Batman's and Nightwing plan.

Actually in the main comics...and every other alternate versions. Bruce and Clark are best buddies I mean real buddies. They look after for each other and Clark actually trusts Bruce more than anyone in the justice league. Bruce doesn't hates superman, and in justice league movie it was portrayed that their relationship was slowly growing. Bruce might have contingency plans for the justice league but to his core his believes that clark won't turn his back on him, and which he did in the injustice comics by killing joker. Bruce was disheartened to his core, at the ending of the injustice comics he apologized to clark and damn that conversation was so heartbreaking, Bruce said he was sorry that he wasn't there when clark needed him the most, he wasn't able to save Lois. Injustice was a hellhole to batman, lost dick, oliver, half of his team, billy, huntress, batwoman, tim, alfred and at last his son whom he didn't gave up on Damien. In the aftermath comics wonder woman killed damien, who was trying to save his father. Believe me injustice is dark I mean dark dark. I doubt marvel can even leave such an impact on people apart from it's old man Logan and incursion issues.
