A couple of things I would like to say. If Superman can bench press the Earth for days, he would have to really really hold back for Batman to survive an attack from him. There is also no way that Batman should be able to sneak around Superman. And lastly, besides Spider-Man, there are quite a few heroes more agile than Daredevil such as Nightcrawler, Black Panther, Beast and a few others that surpass human limits for agility.

Wait hold on... If we're talking DareDevil, you have to include his recent arc with The Fist. The Fist was a permanent upgrade for him. He's at a level now to where he could handle legit superhumans like US Agent.
