On a business stand point, adding Clark to the roster will be a huge marketing boost for the WNBA and women's Basketball in general which basically means more ticket sales for women's basketball in Paris.

NBC TV need to put the pressure on USA Olympic committee to select Caitlin Cark on the team for high ratings.

They would be out of their minds. Heads should roll on the committee if that happens. Bad for ALL involved. In years past, an amateur would be selected as one of the best players, and not have to "pay their dues", that's ridiculous. CC would bring so much to every aspect of the game, on and off the court and literally PACK the stadium in Paris. People all over the world would come to watch her play. This is a no brainer for all involved. Her accolades include breaking pretty much any record in the women's game (and some men's records)so far coming out of the NCAA. As far as putting one of the best range shooters and scorers on the court to win, Caitlin Clark has to be on the team for USA. The notion of not putting her on the team would go down in history as the most mean spirited political decisions of all time, not to mention the most bone headed decision that would hurt women's basketball in the process. People are not stupid, we all would know why she would not be selected.
