#5 and 6...Most men of today are expecting an easy path to a woman. Just like Pastor Blakes said don't waste your time on you. You sitting up here saying that a woman don't need to have marriage. All she need to do is lay around and play around with you and have a good time and just see where it goes. When actually it's not going anywhere cause that man already got motives and don't plan on taking it nowhere. What about the woman that grew up with both parents? Her understanding of life and having a meaningful life is being married and having a family and you telling her she don't need that how does that work? And what about the kids black man is the reason that there isn't going to be any more pure black children in the world thank you. You walk off and leave a mother with her kids and act like they never existed and go start a new family somewhere else. Selfish all you care about is yourself don't got the capacity to care about anybody else in your brain. They everywhere prowling around lurking in corners and in the church house. Grasp this teaching now so you don’t give away a season of your life. I did and it saddens me now that I’m Queen conscious, trusting God it’s not to late for a Kingdom husband.

Great!! I’m working on myself. God put me in the mindset of being a wife for 2 years. I’m healing myself by getting rid of old doctrines, beliefs, and mindsets such as all men are dogs, as a result of trauma and hurt from some of the men I’ve encountered. I have the faith that I’m very very close to meeting my husband.

@@broncomcbane6382 sometimes you have to peel back (get to know) the layers to men that may not necessarily be your preference as far as looks. Unfortunately men and women have been looking for preferences, usually based on superficial things (due to conditioning) and it’s when you become mature/truly grown (through knowing Christ and trying to truly live for him) you’re able to see men in a different light, thus giving those men you may have not, in your immaturity, a chance. There are guys in plain sight (have been in plain sight) that don’t get a chance due to a woman’s immaturity. When she matures though he may not be her preference she may give him a chance now and “find” hidden blessings-a blessing.

This is so true. A man told me know one is waiting until marriage now. I stop talking to him. My family said go on a dating Christian app but the men were acting the same. I deleted the Christian app and just decided to wait and maybe I'll start an activity after work like skating. I'm 50 but still believe God will answer my prayers.

Not every man is perverted in this way. It’s the cultural mindset and the value system of this generation that is producing the spoiled toxicity I’m referring to. As for me, My comment was not inspired by men I attract as that would be an unfounded generalization affixed to one woman you haven’t met. @@aaroneaton138 Thank you brother. I do still think something needs to be done to address this culture though. And it can’t start with how women make men do better by depriving them of sex. I appreciate Bishop Blakes’s attempt to get at these issues but his perspective will only solve 50% of the problem at best. Since all women are not a monolith you will never get them all to act in one accord to straighten out men. We are all image holders of Jesus Christ, however men were designed and shaped to lead and they will not simply change because those whom they are leading try to force them to. Leaders must change on the inside. It’s an inside job. And this culture is purposely trying to defile and pervert men from the inside out so that they will go back to their communities and pervert and destroy them. So while I stand corrected I do hope that Bishop Blakes does more on KZfaq to address the inner change a man must choose to make. Shalom.

I have 2 friends who have been married a few times. I look at the caliber of a man. All of the men that they married aren't worth a hill of beans. I've also noticed that when I didn't have standards I attracted a lot of low life men. Now, that I have standards I meet less men. I refuse to settle. I trust my intuition. Within 5 minutes of meeting or talking to a man I know he's not the one for me. It's sad because of all my friends are all married to men that I wouldn't want. Women has made men the prize. I know I'm the prize. I will keep myself open to attract true love. I'm also prepared to be alone and I'm okay with it. A man must be a man. You are not here to fix a man. A broken man stay away from him. It's not your fault how the majority men are. I'm not building a man. Ladies, trust your gut instincts and never settle just to have a man and husband. Make your list and work on yourself. Make deal breakers and stick with them. NEVER Settle for less. Know that you're worthy to have the man that God made for you. Ase.

@@user-mr6ej3lv1j for me, He prays, fast, worships, serves in the Kingdom, pays titches, has a Christ like heart for people, leds me to Christ not away from Christ, studies and lives what the Word says( not perfection). These are some examples for me. I’ve met plenty that say they are a Christian. But for them it’s a title. I can ask what church do you attend and they tell me I watch sometimes on line. Me and my husband are going to attend church together.

@@smartkookie We were together for one year to the day. I had the rings and was planning to propose. She broke up with me two weeks before I was going to propose to her on our spring break vacation. She said I’m codependent, so I’m trying to heal from that. I’m trying to find the difference between being codependent and doing everything I can for my future wife and mother of my children.

This is good stuff, but the crazy thing is in my experience looking past the superficial, I still ran into problems. The guys that I dated who were considered not as attractive were so insecure and suspicious that they sabotaged the relationship by cheating, being controlling, or being unsupportive. I don't think we all care about height and weight requirements, more so than someone who's healthy enough to connect with.

You are telling the truth. The majority have zero standards. One of my old friends a male told me "You are the 1% that won't and there's 99% that will". I couldn't argue or defend it because it's true. Sex is free now these days, women give it away with no effort. Men don't have time for me because my standards are eagle high and I'm not willing to compromise. It's amazing how all these decades later we still having these conversations. When will the human condition heal and get it right. It's not rocket science. Have standards period!

This!!! My opinion is that this is a huge issue. I agree that we need to work on ourselves and our energy but what happens when you do that, you’re working on your purpose, you have your boundaries in place and still run into the very issue you speak of? Also, I find it highly unfair that we as women who desire healthy relationships are not permitted to be attracted to what we’re attracted to. Men in general are visual and rarely do they rely on the inner part of women. To me, attraction is a combination of things not just certain physical attributes so if that’s the focus then I can see the point about superficiality. You can’t force yourself to want to be romantically linked with someone who you don’t see in that way. This should go beyond just looks but at the same time, I feel you should at least desire that person. Otherwise, how is that fair to him? I have yet to witness single men who are willing to court and date without sex in the mix. I agree with many points in this video however, the conversation must continue and many more points need to be addressed. I believe there are great ppl in the world but where it differs is what is valued. Those good men tend to go with the 99%. I think the only hope is to rely on God if it is in your purpose to be married. I think that’s another discussion. Not everyone will be married even if they desire to do so. Then how does one accept that without growing bitter? Nonetheless, this is a great discourse.

Men who are sometimes 75, 80 years old are attracted to women in their 40's 50's. I'm not attracted to grandpa! But some women feel like they are over the hill and because they are in their 50's never been married and since grandpa is the only someone showing interest they settle for grandpa. I just can't!! I choose not to settle for grandpa. I've never been married will be 59 in a few days and I'm just crazy enough to believe that when the time is right God will make it happen for me and others of you desiring marriage. We dont have to settle but we should settle ourselves, wait on God, be patient and in the meantime enjoy the single time of our lives. God's got us! I really enjoyed the teaching on tonight Bishop! I went through trauma being raised by a narcisstic mother who is 100% dependant on me now because she is ill. I am taking care of her. I am living one day at a time and trusting God with my life because i have been so heartbroken. But at this now moment of so much truth and revelation, it is time to live our best life in Christ and let go and let God. He will do the rest. I do not want grandpa either.

Lyndelle Mode I had a narcissistic Mother as well. But it took me 57 years and listening to R C Blakes teach on narcissism that helped me break away from her. I had never heard that word until Bishop taught on it. It was like scales falling off my eyes. I went no contact with her. Sadly she passed away in 2019. The thing that I hate is that we were never close not bc I didn't want it but she didn't. So I understand exactly where you're coming from. I pray that God gives you strength as you continue on your journey of life and that he blesses us with the man that's just right for us. Prayers for your mom also.

That's why after 2 years I divorced my ex husband because he refused to get a job and commit to starting his own business, he bought all the supplies and equipment but he never did anything! Thank you for stating that men don't have the desire to commit. 1) Women are also doing too much for men that are not their husband so they don't need to commit. 2) Mistresses are nursing married men that are making excuses why they are cheating instead of her telling him I don't date married men and solve your issues at home. 3) I've seen in my mother's generation and my generation women go to work come home to make sure dinner is on the table and are meek and men verbally, emotional and physically abuse them while cheating because they know they can not financially survive on their own. (what I've seen and heard)

I agree. I spoke to a great-aunt about my experiences with my own parents and the domestic violence that my mother and I survived. She was married for many years and she told me that when she was younger it was common place for a man to beating his wife. Many of the women she knew were experiencing this....and that this was something that was largely accepted as par for the course to an extent. That was before we had domestic violence shelters and the advocacy and knowledge and education materials that we have today. I think looking back at some relatives that I had that we're married many years, I do believe that there were couples who understood the benefits and necessity of sticking together especially as African-American couples. Nevertheless make no mistake about it, there were a lot of dysfunctional family dynamics that were just swept under the rug.

Thank you Pastor Blakes for another wonderful talk! I'm 21, and had recently met a young man I really liked and enjoyed. Very respectful and good energy. Unfortunately, I think god still has work to do with him and he turned me down for a serious committed relationship. He still is in the process of building his kingdom. Its super hard out here in this dating culture, but if I can speak to every lady out there; Keep sex off the table. It makes a man's intentions very clear, and defines the relationship very fast. There is so much less headache, stress, discomfort and worrying when one takes sex out of the equation. And we all know that story of a man who leaves a woman and marries a new one within 3 months. If a man cant stand not getting sex from you, and if he doesn't offer to commit within a timely manner, shwoop! Out the door. That would be the bottom 80% of men in terms of desirability (6 feet tall/6 figure income/6 pack abs). Too many women think that just because they can get that top 20% man to date them and sleep with them that they can get that man to marry them. Those men won't...because the top 80% of women are chasing after them! And then, after they've given away the best of themselves and can't attract a top 20% guy anymore, think the bottom 80% of guys should feel lucky that they "settled" for them! And given that when a man marries a woman, she is entitled to cash and prizes if there is a divorce (regardless of fault), more and more of those bottom 80% guys are saying, "I'm out. The best way to win is not to play."

Most are in denial and want to seek something “good” however in their heart they aren’t exuding that same essence! Source will match you with your hearts deepest vibration! Are you dealing with and breaking through your insecurities pain let downs there is a lot of spiritual acknowledgment and work that must be done before getting to your high place! RC, you knocked it out of the park! Your point at 22:00 mins is ancient wisdom that everyone in society understood. Women have been conned, scammed, into thinking that free love works, and cheap sex is ok. We sell ourselves so short! Pornography has contributed to this, and is a symptom of it. I see it as a part of how Narcissism has polluted our culture.

As always this was really good!! I can truly say I’m waiting on God for my husband. A lot of this message hit hard for me. I’ve tried the dating scene, tried doing things on my own, and at this point it has to be God’s way. In the meantime, I’ll continue enjoying motherhood to my junior in high school, seeking God about my purpose and self-reflect as the wife/queen I am, awaiting my husband/king! It is nearly impossible to find a man that will wait until marriage and if he does its not like he’s going to be a virgin. Most Christian men I talk to have had several partners and are out of there once they find out I’m waiting.

I believe when we truly submit ourselves to the Lord , he will bring you a suitable candidate.?There are scriptures about the daughters of Zion that served everything else but God . They became barren and desolate. Serve God first!
