i had a depressive episode where i couldn’t shower, get out of bed, or do anything really. it’s still hard but i’m so proud of myself when i’m able to do these simple things and it’s given me a new appreciation for myself and my abilities.

i’m a football girly & i find myself cleaning the entire house during commercials or in between plays, it’s not something i enjoy to do, but i feel like i’m not doing anything & there’s stuff to be cleaned, so why should i be able to enjoy football without interference 😭😬

I go to tmg episodes for the boys the "haha funny". I listen to this AWSF episode for a "*sob sob* shit is getting real."
