The world has been taking Africas raw material for cents on the dollar for centuries. The world can help Africa, but the world chooses not to.

China invests billions of dollars into Africa.. then they have to pay it back to them putting those countries in terrible debt. Plus, a lot of that money being invested is through projects which take a lot of work going into them and aren't that well managed leading to many problems for those working on those projects.
