Your doctor may also give Dave Hall a call for various Cellercise techniques that they may consider. You may also give Dave Hall a call and he can share with you techniques that you can consult with your doctor on. The DVD, “Cellercise...the Ultimate Exercise!” personal trainer section may also be referenced by your Doctor. David Hall, I have to say, I take my Cellerciser everywhere I go. I also forgot to mention that my belly fat I was worried about losing seems to be going away fast too. I've lost a few pounds already and I can tell it's been off my mid section belly and sides. Tight abs again feels great and it's effortless & fun. :-) I tell everybody about my Cellerciser. My new Cellerciser showed up at my front door via UPS on 8/22/17 and I have felt my whole body getting stronger each time I use it. I'm 50 years old and it's now been 22 days of going "WOW!!" saleh Kambijo When my book is finished, it will better explain it. But the movement up-and-down on the Cellerciser pumps lymph fluid through the body and vigorous movement can increase the number of active white blood cells by 10 to 15 times. Typical exercise, especially when hitting a hard surface, creates a jarring effect that restricts circulation and creates tension within the body. Cellercise actually does the opposite. It opens up circulatory channels making it easier for the body to do the job that it knows best to do. Cellercise, unlike typical rebounders, gets rid of the stress and tension. Hope that helps.
