As someone whos just starting off doing self study in psychology, there's no better than a topic, a book on that topic, a lined notebook and a half dozen pens noting down quotes and memorising them. Nothing more impressive in an interview than someone who revises the books he/she reads

For each Key Point, I have put key headings to make it relevant. Ebbinghaus 2:20 Forgetting Curve. I will probably forget this point. 50% of info is forgotten after 1 week. 70% in 24 hours and 90% in a week. Do easy things. You then realise you must do harder tasks. 3:15 parks and recreation. andy, by chris pratt, guitar lessons. Life is a game 5:16 Pokemon taught us to level up, get more xp points Arrival Fallacy or Hedonic Adaptation. This may be a problem of the human brain 6:58 the problem. your brain will desire more and rightly so Well said. Pleasant Point. 8:24 creativity is a very enjoyable side-effect of learning often External Metric. Oops. 9:42 not good enough. we seek success. but this is an external metric. do not chase success. you are chasing something beyond your internal control. no. Nice points made.

Today my wife remembered me of Iason and The Argonauts. I watched the movie a long time ago. She still knew that he was a king, I thought not so. My wife learned in a another country, and their learning is far different than here in Germany. I lost many stats and details, which my wife still totally easy remembers.

What separates successful from the average? Generational wealth. Daily reminder that you are not a future billionaire. You are being played. Strive for more equality in the world.

I hope you're not the type of person who hates people with a few million dollars or so why loving the ultra filthy rich trillionaires because they flew a rainbow flag, made up a pronoun, and pledged their hatred of white people. If you are referring to the trillionaires(Rothschild, Windsor, DuPont, Reynolds, etc), their billionaire managers(Soros, Rockefeller, etc), and their millionaire useful idiots(Clinton, Bush, Romney, McCain, Cheney, AOC, etc) then you are correct.

@@Jeffersonjeffing so you have generational wealth and an upbringing that allows for further success. How about you give it a rest and listen to people that the system forgets instead of making excuses for societies failings. You. Are. Ignorant.
