I am in silver ELO when it comes to lane fundamentals when I am playing my main champ which is fiora I never knew that what I did instinctively was so important and was the reason for me never losing lane but it made me understand that I have trash macro because no matter how well I play laning phase I manage to lose almost most of my games

Actually, Platinum is considered low elo not until you reached around Platinum 1 up. The reason is that platinum is in between gold and diamond and there's no "average" or mid elo.

Statisticly it is mid elo but if you are not plat 2 or higher you are low elo . People in plat 4 are legit lucky gold players that had a good team here and there or smurf jungler or enemy went afk etc . And thats how they got to plat . And these types of players with usually be plat 4 no more than 30 lp . Actual plat 4 players still suck but are better than gold 1 V2 ones

Don't try to relate other servers to each other because each server is primarily different. We all know that there are servers with higher skill cap than the latter. It still consider being high elo once you reach at least P1 to Diamond and up. Remember, people living in these tiers had something in common that is why they are there, same with what Hector said earlier, and in the past videos. "It is easy to determine the elo/rank of the players just by spotting how they play." Truly, if you reached near diamond, it's probably not luck at all because the reason we are hard stuck at some specific tiers is because of our gameplay. Like what this channel always remind us, "play like a challenger to reach challenger/climb higher ranks."

Fyi, she 1v2s there and gets both kills if the jungler is there. While it id true that nocturne is there, and renemton has red buff, riven has two levels on renekton and a huge minion wave. I do believe it is likely that she was scared, but she didnt need to be scared cuz if the jungler ganked, its a double kill

why doesnt this happen to me in low elo i get countered they just keep waiting for thier jngler for somefucking reason even tho they counter me and i just lose lane

Depends on what defines the counter matchup. If it's due to fundamental damage types/core mechanics, sure. If it's more nuanced, like popping specific ability combo's which can dodge skill shots (and which would need to be accounted for with player skill floor) , for example, then it would be negligible.

Unless you're Diamond or above.... You can win the matchup with enough practice.

Diamond 4 to a challenger player is like silver to a Plat player. My idea is that some matchups are unplayable even with this large of a skill gap. And no diamond 4 is not high elo. It's mid elo where people have good game knowledge and solid fundamentals but don't excute very well compared to actual high elo players. Your statement is straight up BS. U have no idea what u r talking about regardless if u r parroting the guy or u decided to come up with some random BS of your own doesn't matter. To make it extra simple for you to understand, take the Darius vs Maokai matchup as an example, assuming both jungler decide to play Bot side. In Bronze, both players would walk up and randomly fight. Darius will win and kill Maokai over and over because he is the stronger 1v1 champion here and that's it. Same matchup in Diamond 2, both players know how things go if they fight. Maokai will step back and respect the all in threat, while Darius will deny CS, slow push 3 waves, recall, come back and perma freez on Maokai for 15 mins. Darius ends up with 100 CS diff at 15 mins. Now not all matchups go like this because this is a turbo hard lane, but the idea stands that counters matter when both players are equally good or bad at the champion.

The entire idea is that you can win a counter matchup if u r better than the enemy, aka smurfing. The Yuumi video has a challenger playing Yuumi vs a gold Volibear. If u r a gold player playing in gold elo, you are not better than the enemy. If u think just because a challenger player smashed some gold players that counters don't matter, u r the delusional one.

TLDR: Counter matchups are MOSTLY hard if u and your enemy equally good or bad regardless of rank.

At the time Sona ans Soraka top were meta they were terrifying. I played Soraka top 2 times including 1 time vs GP and solo killed him 3 times. I hope that meta is never back again.

I used to play soraka top in s9 as i was bored and trying different shits. I legit 1v2 trundle and rengar (with the help of few tower shots) as soraka top building sup. Trundle had no chance at all. I poke him to deatb and when he goes in to q and auto few times, i just hit q and heal his dmg :D

it depends also on supports, you can easily play around as vayne vs cait if your supp is for example senna and enemy is soraka.

Bot lane isn't just the ADC in a vacuum, it's 80% reliant on the support matchup. There's no way you get to bully a Vayne/Alistar as Caitlyn/Soraka post level 2, for example. I know Soraka is a really extreme example, because there are things like Xerath, Morgana etc. that are a bit special, but the point is that you can't just look at the ADC matchup and think that you've won. If you've watched enough of SC you'd know that the engage support likes to stay healthy at level 1 to attempt an all in at level 2. You essentially have to swap from playing as the aggressor to the biggest pussy if you don't hit level 2 with at least a 2-3 minion lead before crashing it into tower. If you don't manage to crash the second wave fast enough, you've now gifted the opponent a freeze and you're yourself zoned off the wave as you're now in enemy territory. If your opponent knows this, they will try their hardest to thin it out and keep it there due to the engage pressure. If your opponent doesn't realise this, then they won't attempt to freeze, which is exactly what you want. Let the wave crash and push back, take CS safely and attempt a freeze yourself. Engage supports also generally have relic shield which means that they can help their ADC thin the wave much faster if they're paying attention. However, you can't always bank on your opponent not knowing the correct play, but instead need to be aware of the correct play, recognising when your opponent isn't making the correct play and punishing accordingly. How many times have you played bot lane against a Leona/Pyke/Thresh as/with a mage/healing support and thinking "holy shit I can't even walk up"? When that happens, a lot of people don't sit back and soak exp, they get impatient and try to make some sort of "play", die, then blame anyone but themselves. There are certain matchups whereby if you ever get to go even in CS you've already won the lane because your opponent isn't punishing you at all, such as Vayne/Sona into Draven/Leona. Sometimes, it's even fine to be down 20-30 CS if it means you stay even in levels.

@@st0rmbreaK. From my experience, a Vayne can not play the game until I screw up. However if that Vayne were Lucian she has a hundred options. If that Vayne were Xayah she would have a hundred options. If that Caitlyn were jinx, Vayne would have a hundred options. The Caitlyn matchup is the only one I feel is that degree of unplayable. Leona gives some options that alistar can not, but even so if you walk into lane knowing that as the Caitlyn you can really just abuse the Vayne and keep her behind.

@@P.H.226 in my experience I have not seen this borne out, even in that lane specifically. As I said it may just be my knowledge as a Caitlyn in that matchup being shown but, I find Vayne struggles to be relevant while Caitlyn can just accelerate through her mid game trough off of the lane

​@@0Bonaparte From my own experience, I think Caitlyn accelerates mainly due to her superior waveclear, not necessarily only because of her range advantage. I'm not going to say range advantage isn't significant because that would be silly, but I don't think that the only option Vayne has is to just roll over and die. I find that going Doran's Shield + an early Vamp Sceptre helps if deemed necessary. If the opponent's support is a Morgana, walking into her pool to take 1 tick of 25 damage lets the Shield's regen kick in and I get to stay healthy for almost free. I lean towards Vayne because she has more agency with her ult + Q. Caitlyn is a skillshot reliant champion meaning that most of her damage buttons can be dodged. Vayne's trading pattern of Auto-Q-Auto does a lot of damage when coupled with PTA (or occasionally Auto-Q-E) and can't be dodged outside of getting out of range; whereas Caitlyn's Q and E can be dodged and Headshot can't. Throw in a Kraken proc and that's easily 50% of any ADC's HP. If both sides are to trade Flash for Flash, Heal for Heal or even Exhaust for Exhaust, I don't really see how Caitlyn comes out on top unless Vayne severely misplays by say, tumbling onto a trap and/or not dodging Caitlyn E.

Yeah you point it out, heres the thing euw and na challanger is basically the same. Many na challangers have proven it by climbing up the ladder, but its the lower elos that show clear differences, plat becomes dia, gold becomes plat, etc

At level 1 on start, auto him when he goes for his first CS then keep poking with Q whenever he goes for the cs to avoid taking minion aggro till it's ready to auto him again. Force him to take the poke or lose the CS. If you can keep him around half HP, a full E-Q-W+electrocute+Ignite will kill him which is also a time you can go for an E+Flash as soon you you disable his passive again. I've personally made a Talon rage quit just by doing that really.

Try the match-up 1 time and go like a tard, or use guides, ytb, high elo games, etc or use logic most of the times it works(ex: renek is dependant of all his ability to do damage while riven main damage ability his q, Jax bloc aa which is the main damage source of irelia early, wukong e boost his aa and makes his passive stacks faster, etc...)

That is technically the most unplayable match up yes, even skillcapped has stated it, but for it to be unplayable it still requires knowledge/skill why it is so, in low elo it is still just as coinflip as other match ups :D

what's hard about yi vs teemo? lv1 stack double strike, q him, auto him for a massive chunk. later flash auto him, dodge his blind with q, crongatulation teemo is dead. even if you fall behind early you still outscale him badly. only problem i see with the matchup is the jungler hardcamping yi because low elos have a boner for yi players.
