Great tips there thank you! I just graduated from Academy Xi and I’m looking for a UI role in Sydney. Any chance your agency is looking for a junior designer? I got to work on a passion project for my course and 2 client projects for my folio. Also what is your opinion on working for a start up vs agency?

"UI design roles are a lot more in demand than user research" -- this is the main reason why most businesses fail. Successful businesses focus more on user research than UI. Most business owners are such idiots.
