One of the Greatest Impacts to Christian History was built upon these teachings (The Reformation). These Doctrines put my heart to rest. As Spurgeon Once Said “The Sovereignty Of God Is the pillow in Which Christians Lay there head. “Predestined, Election, Chosen, Gods Calling.” These words are all over the Bible and we should not shy away from them because they might make us feel uncomfortable due to the Flesh always wanting to be involved. We should embrace them and I promise from my own experience that they will give you the most comfort, knowing God is in control, He is going to work all things for Good according to his purpose, He’s sovereign over sin, he’s sovereign over the devil, he’s sovereign over our temptations and always wants to strengthen, Build up, encourage through the spirit by his word. I pray that the Lord does a deep repentance in all of the hearts that would reject his sovereignty. ❤️✝️

I don't know why God chose me, nor do I know the basis He used to choose me before the world began, according to Eph. 1:4. But I do know He has chosen me and has also given all the faith I need to believe in Him, trust Him, accept His Sovereignty, His Mercy, His sacrifice for my sins on the Cross of Calvary, His Salvation, His forgiveness, His peace and His assurance of what He has mercifully done for me. I do not know of any who are angry at God for not choosing them. The reason is we all started off dead in trespasses and sins. Just like physically dead people can't do anything, so it is also that spiritually dead people can't do anything either. So this is why there are none angry at God for not choosing them - it's a non-issue to the spiritually dead. Only those who God has mercifully elected and gifted with eternal life care about what God thinks and does. Not only am I thankful and grateful to God, but I'm also grateful for His Sovereignty over my life, His Omnipotence, His Omniscience, His Omnipresence, etc. - all of His wonderful attributes make me overwhelmingly awestruck with wonder and thanksgiving. Until God takes me home to be with Him, my pleasure is to love Him with all my heart and soul, and to be a light and an example to all I have contact with. I have no way of knowing who else is Saved, accept by their testimony and their Godly fruits of righteousness. There are other Elects unknown to me that God may not save until the latter moments of their lives as He did for the thief on the cross beside Him. But all who have been Elected will be brought to Salvation before death or before the return of Christ. My Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone - all gifted to me and non-revocably, by my Creator God. Amen.

The way I put it to inmates in my jail ministry is that everyone is a CREATION of God, but only those who believe on the name of Jesus are CHILDREN of God. Then I point them to John 1 and Romans 8.

+Matt C..Matthew 7:5 will help you on your journey! I see clearly what Paul did to Jesus Gospel. The Sermon on the Mount is Jesus Gospel. The rest of the NT is men's commentary about Jesus. And when we get to Paul is Not even what Jesus Said.

Either all Salvation and all the elements which are necessary to obtain and keep HIM our Salvation is only of/from HIM, or it is NOT. If not, humans have to power over God and exercise power over the God. He then CANNOT save human beings. God cannot save you because of you. You have power over God. He cannot save you because you have that complete power over God in the arena of Salvation.If Salvation itself depends to 0.01% on me and not on God, he is nor able to save you...Salvation is ultimately only of the human being or ultimately of the LORD. THERE IS NO GREY ZONE. Is all Salvation and all conditions ultimately of/from God or is it ultimately NOT. What in the world do you think, must be the greatest insult to God, but humans who believe that Salvation ultimaely depends on what they do, say or think and on their religious systems, believe systems, etc...this is the highest form of pride, the highest form of evil and sin...the believe that Salvation is not 100% and all conditions, commands, pre-requisites, commandments, pre-conditions HE fullfilled in our place and stead, as a substitute and for us in eternity, the everlasting and forever, so that HE was able to be our 100% gift of Salvation since the fall of mankind. Salvation itself, which God Himself is, was always the gift of God only. The actual Salvation was always exactly obtained in exactly the opposite way, in the exact other way around compared to the fallen human mind, brains, emotions in body and soul and spirit of humans.It runs 100% counter in the opppsite direction to the fallen world, fallen mankind, the enemy, sin, etc in this world. It has always been a gift, gift, gift🎁🎁🎁only. In HIS gift grace he even allows human brains to actually think that ultimately Salvation depends on them. Humans do not say it openly, mostly. They veil and hide and create a smokescreen of outward assent, etc...but inwardly and more indiectly say that in the final analysis, Salvation and God depends on them...and not they 100% on God for Salvation. This is the number one poison in human mankind. That we think we can in any way believe that we contributed to Salvation. The number one pride, evil and sin.

No where in the past or present is adoption one sided. Both sides take part in the reception. The act of staying together. So to be chosen is to be a believer. Because God told us about himself in the word/gospels/bible, something we didn’t take a part in creating. This item is supernatural, when u read or hear it, God is calling us. When we respond to the call of adoption we become sons of God. The call is there. To be chosen is to receive the gift of everlasting life and trust the promise of God like Abraham trusted God and it was counted to him righteous. So believe and trust the gospel and u are chosen, saved and set apart, but remain in him, don’t turn your back and don’t deny. Because you can deny.
