@@alishanmao Most things are the same the bigger color screen has some options in it that have made me uncertain. Yes for the 3D/6G helis that have the programming built into the flight controller - K110, K123, K124, K130, E120, E150, E160, E180, E200 - those are relevant to me, probably also OMP helis, FW helis, the small Align helis, Goosky helis.

@@alishanmao Just watched a recent "UNOFFICIAL" video on how OpenTx is pretty much dead, there hasn't been any updates for 16 months, so looks like EdgeTx is going to be the only way going forward. So, Yeah, I really would appreciate a remake of the video using EdgeTx.

I am waiting for Yuxiang F280 direct drive 3d helicopter to arrive. and after its reviews and flights, i will set it up with Tx16s and make a video tutorial or do a live show tutorial. however as we have moved to UAE and are in between moving and settling down, working on our residency visas and much more. it might take some time for me to find the right window to do this detailed video. but sure its in my to do list

Hey buddy, i would suggest the Spektrum people to learn to adapt the way its best to use the TX16s. I use SF two position switch to arm and disarm and in many crashes i have successfully disarm the motor immediately before it was too late. some times even right after heli hits the ground i have already disarmed the motor. it keeps the programming simple like no brainer. on and off type, no more logical switches no more thinking. and this simple thing just works. its easy to get used to this. I have learned in life, to change myself to adapt to new things and i find them working better for me. so I would say Spektrum people, change yourself to use SF two position switch, the new simple way :)

i am not sure about blade helis what protocol rx do they use? if its in 4-1 version you can bind it, if not just get a new compatible receiver that binds easily with TX16s and install it in Blade

I just use one 3 position switch for flight modes. and when I flip it, i can go 3d, and flip back, to auto leveling which also works as recovery. but normally when flying 3d you do not have time to flip back to auto level LOL. it crashes in matters of milli seconds.

Based on your budget, if in budget get Boxer, if you can spare more of course TX16s

there already have been many videos on youtube buddy. its mostly download the firmware, put it in TF Card folder. turn on the radio, and use radio system to update firmware.

if your OMP helicopter has built in SFHSS protocol, then no need to add receivers. you can bind your radio directly using futaba sfhss protocol

well i tried that before. there is no support nor anything for ACCST. you will have to buy a separate frsky module for TX16s that will add ACCST Functionality via external module option@@MaxPower-zp7wy
