हिंदी सिनेमा के सबसे कामयाब फनकारों में मोहम्मद रफी साहब का नाम बड़े गर्व के साथ लिया जाता है...और हमेशा लिया जाता रहेगा...रफी साहब के गाने की मौसिकी और गाने के बोल को बयां करने का उनका अंदाज़ लाजवाब था...बावजूद एक दौर ऐसा आया जबकि लोगों की जुंबा पर किशोर कुमार के नग्में थिरकने लगे थे...
मोहम्मद रफी साहब और किशोर कुमार के गानों को लेकर संगीत प्रेमियों के बीच बहस छिड़ जाया करती थी...कोई कहता कि रफी साहब बड़े गायक हैं...तो कोई किशोर कुमार का हिमायती बन जाता... दोनों पक्षों के लोग एक दूसरे के खिलाफ अपशब्दों तक का इस्तेमाल करने लगते और कई मर्तबा तो नौबत मारपीट तक पहुंच जाती...लेकिन मसला था कि हल हो ही नहीं पाता था...
इसमें कोई दो मत नहीं है कि अगर उस समय के मौजूदा दौर में मोहम्मद रफी साहब या किशोर दा से ये पूछा जाता कि उन दोनों में बड़ा गायक कौन है...तो बिलाशक वो दोनों ही इंसानियत के नाते एक दूसरे का ही नाम लेते...उनकी मौजूदगी में भी ये मसला कभी नहीं सुलझता...
लेकिन जिंदगी के हालात और लोगों का व्यवहार ये साबित कर देता है कि कौन बड़ा है...या महान है...आज हम मोहम्मद रफी साहब और किशोर कुमार की जिंदगी से जुड़े कुछ किस्सों के जरिए यही बताने जा रहे हैं...

हिंदी सिनेमा में यूं बहुत अच्छे अच्छे गायक ऐ और गए मगर मोहम्मद रफी साहब जैसा कोई नहीं हे...उनका लेवल बहुत ऊंचा हे...कोई गायक उसको चुनना तो दूर उसके आस पास भी नहीं पो हो चा...बस यही कहूँगा अब सदियों तक कोई रफ़ी साहब नहीं आएंगे ❤

Kishore Kumar was a popular singer for his numbers & young generation heros in 70s.. however, Rafi Sb is all time greatest singer in the history.. the reason no one able to compete with Rafi Sb caliber because he had very rare & unique qualities which he acquired from God and God provides to those qualities only to few people in the earth at his will. I remember once a reporter asked Manna Dey to rank singers & he said 1 to no 10 belongs Rafi Sb & from 11 other singer ranking begins..that explains everything..

@@shivamp8032 Kishore Kumar always accepted Rafi Sb was a better singer then himself even Lata Ji. Kishore said if we sing a song one way Rafi Sb can sing 100 way.. Lataji said in interviews that she used to tell music director to tune a song matching with range as Rafi Sb had very high range where she had difficulties to match. Rafi Sb knew that & in duets he only matched Lataji range. Many proof in different songs in male & female version. I have no idea why Msnna Dey didn't give Kishore Kumar high score on singing as they both were Bangali. Probably he judged by singing abilities..

Just bkj all these singers used to praise others they were so great. There is not a single interview of rafi in which he praised other singers. Rafi was worst attitude and proudy, self concentrated, never appreciated other singers Its very common, one celebrity praises other, that does not mean it means the same. Pitch, range, high notes issues, money deal between producers and singers are just fake stories, since it happened not at our level. Classical mannade was far better than rafi. Kishore duets romantic mood, dhamaal, soft, sad, ucchalkud all rounder. Rafi has to take seven births to come closer to greatest kishore undoubtedly and unarguably.

I'm also a local Singer having desperate Singing Hobby of melodious bollywood Songs , Rafi Sahab & Kishore da both are gr8st legendary Singers of Indian Hindi Cine Industry ! रफीसाहाब एक बेहदही खुबसूरत स्वभाव के इन्सान थे , ये दोनों महानतम singers एक-दुसरे की दिलसे इज्जत करते थे , इनकी दोस्ती अटूट थी , रफीसाहाब की शहद जैसी Sweet Voice & किशोरदा का हरएक गाना अलग-अलग आवाज-अंदाज में गानेका हुनर , इन दो महानतम Singers k बारेमे जीतना भी बोला जाएं , शायद बहोत कम पडेगा !
