I think they miss because a lot of Jamaicans do not trust. NCB anymore a lot of complaints about people money going missing. That's just my opinion

The Math was not Mathing for me why buy at APO price when I can open for less on the open market. Questions is why didn't the institutions just buy on the open market unless there were just not enough shares available then that would make sense. Have a blessed day.

When was the last time in recent history was an IPO, APO, BOND or any other kind of investment wasn't oversubscribed and had to close early? It's clear as day that there is lack of confidence in NCB, NCB has been the bank that has been accused of the most fraudulent activities in recent years and this is one of the reasons for the poor performance of the APO.I am willing to bet that if this offering was from another company, it would have been oversubscribed and had to close early I'm not interested in anything that involves me handing over my HARD EARNED money to NCB.

With increasing entrepreneurs on the rise the transaction will bring in revenue for the bank growth, and just because ncb sold out an asset in Bahama cause doubt in it strategy to grow bigger, Bahama is not capable to become dynamic in increasing expansion because it is small island , by hold asset in other countries and companies there is no frontier for new industry.

I was thinking about investing in NCB. However, as a customer who has experienced repeated and ongoing poor service from the bank I thought it too high risk to invest in a business when I don’t think that the management of the business is competent.
