Coffee Bean is in PVZ 2 China, but he counters a zombie that puts your plants to sleep. Plantern, Plant Pot, Cob Cannon and Cattail are also in PVZ 2 China, but are apparently not coming to international PVZ 2 because of some sort of licensing agreement.

Short answer: Money Long answer: They want to make as much money without putting in any amount of effort. Sea shroom is pretty much copy of puff shroom but even worse due to the fact you can only use it in one world only.

@@Blue-cat-stars Oh yeah...still doesn't help at all. You need to spend 125 sun to plant 0 sun plant water clone when you just can use original 0 sun plant that can be only placed on ground and lilipads

EA doesn't have to do with the in-game purchases, that is solely Popcap, although EA can edit somethings, so it's on both of them for releasing this hot garbage.
