Hello everyone, this time I made crunchy food, it can be served sweet or savory, and without a long wait.

Recipe Ingredients:
300 grams of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
60 grams of melted salted butter
125 grams of water
Cornstarch flour to taste (I used the remaining 150 grams)

This is Tibetan delicacy called Sang gang bak leb. Bit too much substitute corn starch, originally melted butter is applied before rolling them into layers. You did a great job though! Crispy 😋 !

Wow beautiful. The Indians make this. Its called banana puri. Only difference is that they syrup it at the end. And can also sprinkle colorful nuts or coconut. Yummy.

Ah loving it😍👍.. I'm having this from my childhood and now my kidos love this...we call it 'Khaja' in Odisha state in India. This is one of the favorite offering to Lord Jagannath in Odisha. You can find this in every corner of Puri City in Odisha😊... Do visit India and I'm sure you'll love it😊

In India we call them kaaza, a famous sweet. But we make with little difference, after frying we dip in sugar syrup and remove.So the kaaza will be juicy crunchy

In Malaysia we call it oyster chips or airplane chips. its popular when Eid. I use my mother's recipe for the rub: 1 measure of sweet potato flour mixed with 1 measure of oil. cooked over low heat until well mixed. used for application before rolling. It will crack beautifully by itself when fried. and tq for your recipe. its great!!! ❤

In india this is called khaja without egg and aslo fried in sugar sugar syrup and my city is famous for this as a sweet (lord Jagannath fav food)

Ini kue lebaran sdh lama. Di kota kami namanya keripik malaysia. Ingat dulu suka kue ini. Pas lebaran pada hunting kue ini. Skrg pun ada dijual di toko toko. Tmpt lain mgkin namanya beda.

It's an Algerian sweet dish, some people call it Griwech because it's crunchy and some they call it Camel's eye 👁because it looks like its eye ,you can put some honey on the top and sprinkle it with toasted sesame or pistachios, thank you 😊😋

Nice👍 we make traditional sweet for Diwali the same way...only this is it's either socked in suger syrup or we sprinkle powder suger on it while it's hot. Also the cornflour is mixed with Ghee/better and the paste ia applied between layers. Do try this version also. We call it ' Chirote' or ' Khaja'.
