Hi, Here is a compilation of my four favorite and most popular quick and easy breakfast recipes! These recipes are so simple and delicious! I hope everyone makes these recipes if you have some cabbage, eggs, tortilla, or bread at home!

Chop 1/2 cabbage
Place in a bowl
Pour water into the bowl
Soak for 10 minutes
Put in another bowl
Chop 1/2 onion
Add in a bowl
Crack three eggs in a bowl
Pour the egg mixture into the bowl
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Low heat
Add olive oil or butter to the pan
Add the cabbage mixture to the pan
Cook for 5-8 minutes on low heat
Flip it over
Spread 2tbsp tomato sauce on top of the potato pancake
35g bacon crumbles
30g Chopped yellow pepper
30g Chopped red pepper
Salt and black pepper
Mozzarella cheese
Cook for another 5-8 minutes

Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
Salt and black pepper
Medium heat
Pour olive oil into the pan
Add 50g chopped onion to the pan
Add 40g Chopped mushroom
30g Chopped tomatoes
Add 40g Chopped mushroom

20g Chopped green pepper
20g Chopped yellow
Add in the egg mixture
Place 1 tortilla on top
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
Fry for about 2 minutes

Break the bread into small pieces
4 Eggs
Salt and black pepper
Pour into the bread cubes
Medium to low heat
Olive oil or unsalted butter
Cover and fry for 3 minutes
Tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Grape tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese
Parsley
Turn on the heat and fry for another 3-5 minutes

Melt 2tbsp unsalted butter in the pan
Rip 2 slices of bread into the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Place in a bowl
Crack five eggs in a bowl
Pour the eggs into a bowl
Salt and black pepper
Chop 20g green onion
Add to the bowl
Medium-low heat
Pour olive oil into the pan
Pour the bread mixture into a pan
Cook for 3-5 minutes. Flip over
Spread 2tbsp tomato sauce
Sprinkle 100g mozzarella cheese
Slice 1 tomato
Place the tomato slices on top
Salt and black pepper
Chopped 10g parsley
Sprinkle the parsley on top
More cheese
Cook for 3-5 minutes
