Necessary materials
2 glasses of water (400 ml)
1 teaspoon of dry yeast (5 g)
5 cups of wheat flour (600 gr)
Salt (8 g)
To Grease the Dough:
Melted butter (80 g)
1 tea glass of vegetable oil (90 ml)
For Filling:
2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (20 ml)
3 large size onions
3 eggs
Spinach (400 g)
Salt
Red powdered pepper
Black pepper
For the topping: 2 egg yolks

I'm so fascinated by this recipe, definitely going to try it. Would love to know what its called in English, or how to pronounce it in the original language. Reminds me of the Greek spanakopita and I love that. Similar ingredients. Best wishes and kindest regards from South Africa 🇿🇦
