Prayer. What is ‘it’? Why ‘do it’? Does it really ‘work’? This is one of those questions that is so broad I’m going to have to be selective. So, briefly I want to consider really three aspects to prayer: Prayer is [1] a human instinct [2] that comes in response to our knowledge of God [3] and leads to personal transformation.
