As a Canadian man... Japanese women are super cute (Asagi for sure) and much more interesting compared to the homegrown girls. On the topic of cheating... happens everywhere, race, culture, gender don't really matter. Comes down to the person choosing infidelity over loyalty towards their partner.

Whilst it's difficult to say whether Japan has a higher level of cheating than elsewhere, it certainly has a hotel industry that would enable it on a scale beyond that of many other countries (provision of around the clock facilities with immediate availability, hourly charging, anonymous check-in... etc).

@@yeroun1974 Just for comparison, Brazil has 5000 'love hotels'. Japan, with a much smaller population, has 37,000. Its more culturally acceptable in japan so people who want to do it can very easy.. Just like prostitution is more socially integrated in japan so an attractive woman with no incone in japan will mostlikely have engaged in prostitution or been offered work in this business in her life. People cheat everywhere but japanese normalise it.. In thailand it is normalised too.. In other cultures there is various cultural pressures to punish cheating including the cheaters friends and family in japan... And thailand.. It is considered the persons own business.. Just like the american women have the disgusting habit of "dating" multiple men at once.. Which in other english speaking countries would be very bad.. In the us its encouraged by your peers "playing the feild".. "finding the right one" ect its even in their films.. But in other norther european cultures this is very very bad behavior.. So in japan this behavior exsists too.. And id bet japanese or americans cheat more than finnish people.. Because their culture allows it

Yea, but you gotta also factor in the fact that Japanese homes in general are way smaller, and I think a lot more people live with their parents and whatnot. Like, here in the west, the only reason we can imagine as to why 2 people go to a love hotel is because they are doing some shady business, but I think in Japan there's other reasons for it, that doesn't really come to mind at first as a foreigner.

Cheating is everywhere, which is true. But that´s like saying crime is everywhere. Surely we can all agree that crime in Venezuela is not the same as crime in Japan. Would you rather walk alone at night in Caracas or in Tokyo? If your answer is Tokyo. Why? Because crime is everywhere. Should not matter right? Now, i´m not speculating on whether cheating is worse in Japan than somewhere else, because i don't know But surely there are countries where infidelity is way more prevalent than other countries. I just dislike the notion of 'It's everwhere' because it completely removes the argument of prevalence.

@@AsagisLifeNoBSJapan Well we have stats on marriage infidelity... And that actually shows that Japanese women are actually slightly MORE loyal than westerner women. Now that might mean that Japanese women are more loyal in general OR that they just value family and marriage more while they don't actually take girlfriend-boyfriend relationships as seriously. In any case, I don't really think that stats or anything really backs up Japanese women being much more disloyal... but I DO believe that it would 100% be in these Japanese youtubers and western feminist womens interest to make western guys think that Japanese women are "no better than them".

As a ex-hotelier, I had the privilege to see cheating in person. I know this goes against privacy policies, but personally I think everyone understands that cheating is bad. Shunned, frowned upon, and definitely not recommended. So we had a night shift, my partner and I together with a security guard. A guy walked to the front, we talked abit, he was furious not to us at least. We asked for credentials for security reasons, my partner and the security guy went with him to the room of the GF. Opened it, they had a big fight, the guy takes his shit from the room, the girl nude and crying held onto the boyfriend all the way into the hallway. Turns out, girl was cheating with a guy, guy took his shit and ordered a taxi and this was 3:30AM. I was about to do my lunch break. 😩 Anyway, the whole ordeal was at least non-violent. The guy clearly had control of the situation and kept his cool. No incident except a sad, nude, cheating woman.

Most of my relationships with Japanese women have more or less involved cheating, they cheated on me when we're dating, or they cheated with me when I'm in a relationship with someone else. But yeah it's def not just the girls. Back in college an entire group of Japanese students came to my uni for a semester exchange. At the start, five of them were in relationships with someone back home, and in the end only one remained. Japanese corporate relocation culture also contributes to cheating, by making the man move across the country apart from his family. I taught english to a few dudes like that who had separate girlfriends apart from their families back in Tokyo.

Look, if your relationship isn't working, be an adult and tell the person instead of fooling around behind their backs just causing more emotional damage. The other person has a right to know where the relationship stands. Don't be selfish. Often the cheater won't break off the relationship because there's some benefit to the facade, either stability or a fetish but it's still inconsiderate to the other person. If a relationship doesn't work out after trying to make changes, then it's healthier to end it and move on. Time apart will also allow you to reflect better on where you could have improved. It can be more difficult to reflect on your actions and emotions while actively dealing with them.

With regard to Japan, to put things into perspective in a succinct manner, Ashley Madison, upon their 8-month debut here, acquired 1,000,000+ members-the first country to amass such a user base within this amount of time-with a 2:1 female-to-male ratio. Moreover, over 120,000 members joined in the first 10 days. I do agree with you that cheating is everywhere, and one could even argue that with the current life expectancy being so high, monogamy is not realistic; however, there is a reason research on topics such as "Furin Boom" (adultery boom) exist.

Where's the anonymous surveys or other forms of data showing cheating in every country is equally bad? Or since not all countries will have that, just some countries? Let's get some sources that are more rigorous than anecdotes. For example Durex published a top 10 list of countries based on married adults who said they cheated. Thailand is 51%, Denmark 46%, UK and Finland 36%. I haven't investigated how many other countries Durex studied so maybe Japan wasn't part of the study. Or it was but wasn't in the top 10.

Cheating is an individual thing. One can say in a certain community people are loyal, but in the very community, you'll find an individual whose loyalty is not in his/her vocabulary, so the issue of generalizing should not arise. It will depend on the individual. I come from Kenya and there are communities known for certain things, but in that same community, you'll find people who are totally different from what people say or think they are.

France and Italy also have a reputation for cheating, but that's been a thing "everybody knows" in the west for several generations, so it isn't considered worth talking about most of the time. Pretty much any information about Japan is new to westerners. Additionally, there is still an "information barrier" of sorts, and a piece of information has to be especially interesting to get over that barrier. Weird and/or salacious info unfortunately has the easiest time doing that.

I think Asagi and correct me if I’m wrong. People look at Japanese and wonder “why they cheat so much, I thought they were good people” when they compared it to their country. In America being unfaithful is the norm for most Americans specially on black communities while Asians tend to be the least cheaters in America. So an American that’s interested on a Japanese girl will be shocked once he realizes these women are cold, dominant and tend to be just as cheaters as others, it comes as a shock and puts men whom might have honest interest on a tight spot. Should he risk his heart falling for an eastern beauty just to have it crushed or will he risk it once again back at home where the chances of being unfaithful seems bigger.

I live in Japan and I think almost everything applies to what you said. Japanese people are not different on a basic level than anybody else. As an example - honne and tatemae. It's everywhere. People do it in every country, just not every language has a dedicate name for it. There is thousand more examples, and one of them is cheating.

Actually in reality there's not a single country where people don't cheat or be disrespectful or maybe be unfaithful to their husband/wife/bf/gf....stop being racist every country have loyal and honest people. It's up to you who you choose

Have any other Japanese creators that are similar to you that you can recommend And it sounds like japanese guys are similar to the manosphere. Right now the black community is having a fight women vs men. And they're dating ... not just interracial but out of country aswell.

The thing is no one said it was ONLY in Japan. We all know cheating is everywhere but the question was if it is more prevelent in Japan than in other countries. I searched a bit and it seems like Japan isnt even on the top 10, and I went to 3 different sources. Yeah I agree with you that Nobita and other youtubers may have put an image of "All Japanese woman cheat" with their videos.

I knew more people in Canada than in Japan who were cheated on, having lived in each country for about half my life. And it was always the same people who got cheated on, over and over again. They are just attracted to the kind of people who are likely to cheat on them. Both men and women...!

Agree very much a stereotype, not helped by KZfaqrs shining a light on the matter. Love hotels, long working hours culture, diminishing birthrate, increasing single status stats, all add fuel to rumours. Easy to say every culture cheats, but ok 100% that’s true, but it’s hard to differentiate without any real statistics.

Google a country name and "infidelity" or "cheating". There's stats and numbers out there, but how accurate they are is the question. Based on Google results, South Korean men and Japanese women cheat more than South Korean women and Japanese men. Americans either are in-between, or more depending on the report.

If you make enough money on your Wing Woman venture you might be able to hire more people to be consultant. Look for the experts, like say Japanese men who want to date foreign women, if you’re not doing that it’s another area you can expand on.

It should be noted that sensual and sexual culture is very celebrated in Japanese culture though, to my understanding prostitution is acceptable because of the first woman who served the Gods.

She wants to correct the information that has gone too far. I feel that the content of the original video is problematic because it targets people who are not yet married, and because of the artificial sampling method. Japan's love market is slowing down. There is a contradiction in the fact that cheating is so common among them. It's clearly the author's intention to lead you somewhere. Lately, I feel like there are a lot of channels that make light of romance. It is not natural information, but information that comes down from above and controls people. Even when I look at the comment section, I see many people being controlled by artificial information. Please notice that the original information is unnatural and artificial.
