humare kolkata mein koi faida nhi, itna coding sikkhe kya mila 10-15 k wala job.. ek laravel react developer ka bas itna salary?? mncs pehle jaise mass hiring krte the, woh to band hogya abhi bas, in startups mein kaam karo, aur 10-15 k mein khus raho.. isse to telecallers jyada kamate hai yaar..

@@rahulruidas9448 abe chal ?!@@tiye... kabhi aao ground reality pe fir baat karo.. isi job mein as a fresher maine woh kaam kiya jo 1-2 year exp v nhi kr pate hai... apne ERP ka major modules maine develop kiya hai, security implement krne ke liye khud se logic banaye.. aise aise logic likhe ki pura asset management ka kaam pehle se bohut efficiently ho rha hai.. new technologies wale APIs integrate kiya... Cloud storage mein file store krne ka API khud se banaya.. all this in 3 months of joining with this less salary.. koi senior help nhi krta idhr, sab khudse r&d karke sikhna padhta hai.. mera graduation k baad 1 saal barbad hua for mnc ka onboarding.. usiliye ab aise startup join krna padh rha hai.. bohut easy hai bolna ki logic bulid karo ye karo woh karo gyan pelo.. lekin kabhi aao idhr tab pata chalega, ki yaha koi rules regulation hi nhi hai minimum salary ka.. koi v yaha startup kholta hai aur aise kam salary mein kaam krata hai... itna padhai karo fir v iss salary se khus raho.. yaha pe agr sahi se rules and regulations hota to accha salary v milta aur life ghanta nhi ho jata.. kuch nhi rakha hai is job mein, isse accha commerce padho, accounting sikho, isse to bohut jyada kamaoge.. jotodin ei mamata begom thakbe totodin kolkata g"*aare chole jabe..

@@prasanjeet5125 May be you are right but agar tumhare kahne chale toh usko aane 2 saal aur ekdum perfectly use karne me approx 5 to 7 years lag jayenge, means 10 years toh kahin nhi gye bro abhi bahut time hai. Be positive 👍🏻
