Dude this happens to me bad now. It started pretty minor but I legit can hardly walk when I get out of bed. I limp around in pain for about 5 minutes every morning. Even if I sit for an hour and get up it’s happening now.

Good information. I feel aging plays a big part in this.I try warm foot soaks, foot rubs .It helps.

this only happens sometimes but it gets worst throughout the day but the next morning it’s gone

That means it is pretty mild. Stretching and good shoes will make a difference for you. An orthotic may also be helpful

You would need to be evaluated. There is typically an answer for every problem like this
