“Adopt the philosophy that getting back up is more important than never falling down.” I’m using this quote for the rest of my life moving forward! Words cannot describe how quickly my anxiety went away as soon as I heard this from you. I can now view how Trying to ‘keep’ a streak going held me as a prisoner. It’s forgiveness towards the ‘self’ that is all that truly matters. We WILL INEVITABLY FALL, but it’s all about how many times can WE GET BACK UP…. (Just like a baby learning to walk) Thank You🫡
